I was not completely satisfied, but still believe in your overall process. There are still spots that I think the technician could have removed. But I would try Zeroez again.

From their arrival to their departure their professional approach, friendliness, thoroughness and overall performance were all one could ask for. We received excellent service for the money.

They did a much better job than Dalworth had recently done. They arrived on time and had a good attitude. It would seem there ought to be a be a more comprehensive way to address oversize areas. While we had several rooms that were indeed over the square footage as it is defined, we had several rooms under a hundred square feet. Felt a bit touched financially as no consideration was given for small rooms.

Water
I'm not quiite sure why so much dirt started showing up the next day after the floors had dryed. This was in the heavily used areas. Is there something I can do? The rest turned out OK
I've always been happy with the results of Zerorez. Even more so after a second opinion for results of carpet cleaning.
The carpet looks great . I have already told 3 family's about it
I had heard nothing but wonderful things about Zeroeez so I paid $328.00 to have them to come and clean 7 rooms, 2 halls and stairs. After the carpet dried we could see that the carpet was not cleaned. I called Xerorez and scheduled for them to come back to see if they could get it right the second time because the first time they came was a cloudy rainy day and possibly could not see good and that is why the Capet wasn't clean. The service man said he could not clean the carpet because of the fiber of the carpet. Carpet still dirty but I am out of $328.00.
