How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First of all, I requested a "first time in the morning", and was told you only start with an 8:30-11:00 time. So I asked if there was a Sat. available, and was given yesterday's date, Nov. 15. I asked if anyone could let me know if it would be closer to the 830 time or the 11:00 time, and I was told I could check when the appt. is re-confirmed a couple days before the appt. I was called, but no one left a message. I called back & left a message that I was confirming the Sat. morning appt. Sat. morning I called again to find out if the technician would be at our house closer to the 8:30 time or the 11:00 time. I was then told it would be the 1:30-4:00 time! I called at 11:30 to get an idea of whether the technician would be out closer to the 1:30 time or the 4:00 time. I did this because I had a 4:30 nail appt. & needed to know if I needed to reschedule that appt. I had already had to switch a previously scheduled hair appt. from 2:00 to 10:00 when your company switched my carpet cleaning appt. to afternoon. Anyway, when I called at 11:30, I was told it would be 4:30-6:00 & I was extremely upset, until the company spokesperson checked with the dispatcher & saiid yes, it was scheduled for 1:30-4:00, but they could not say when. At 3:30 or 4:00, I was told the technician was running behind, and it ended up being 6:00 before he arrived!!!! When I asked, he told me he had a couple more appts. before me, starting in the afternoon- so no one should have said they couldn't tell me it would be closer to the 4:30 time. The communication with the phone reps was awful.

Then, only part of a bedroom needed to be stretched. While the original phone rep had said the cost is about a dollar a square foot, it was not explained that you can't stretch the carpet partially, that you have to do the whole room!!! So your technician made $171 for 30 minutes of work stretching a carpet. That's a very unreasonable price. Your company offers what sounds like a nice promotion on the radio, but takes advantage of the consumer on the 'extras'. If the technician wasn't such a nice guy & if he didn't provide such good service, I would have reported you to the Better Business Bureau & called Jody Dean to suggest that he stop promoting your business.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used Zerorez for about 3 years. On my last visit, I requested the same service technician because he previously did a fabulous job. This time, the carpet looks worse than it did before I had it cleaned. I have pet stains and the last time he used a "black out" spray on the stains after cleaning the carpet. Apparently, it was not used this time because the stains came through once the carpet dried. I want to replace the carpet soon, so I did not select an expensive extractor method or "flooding" the carpet. I ordered regular cleaning + pet stain treatment at $60/room. My total bill was around $320. For that amount, I think the "black out" spray should have been used after the carpets were cleaned.

The piece of equipment was not low enough to get under the kitchen cabinets overhang and we had to do it ourselves the next day. This was not the operators fault.

I like that there are not chemicals in your cleaning solution....the other carpet cleaners leave me with a headache but the house just smells fresh & clean after a Zerorez cleaning.

Fast job. Nice customer service. Could definitely see a difference in the carpets when the job was finished. Ryan discussed the differences in Berber carpet with me and ways to carefully care for it without agitating or snagging it. I'd definitely recommend.

When I called I ask I there where any additional charges? I was told no. I asked twice, at two different times.
Come to find out...tax was not included, additional charge for Soecial spray ( stain) if needed, and protection against more stains...additional fist.
Not happy. Even though he did as good a job as he could, the gentleman was courteous and helpful, and before the left I checkef the three areas and all looked good. However when dried the master bedroom..look as bad as it did before it was done!
