The first technician who came to my house did not clean the carpets well at all and he kept making excuses. The second man, Mr. Strickland I think his name was, got down to the business of cleaning the carpet. The first one did a lot of talking and even some CYA but he acted like there was nothing he could do about the condition of my carpet. Had it not been for Mr. Strickland, I would never recommend zerorez.
We have been using your company for several times and we are very pleased with your service and the skills of your technicians.

Very friendly and did a great job.
The Representative was great, but over the last week, the carpet has become stiff, crusty like all over. I don't know if it is the coating or what but the carpet is no longer soft, but it feels cheap and dirty instead of soft and clean.
You were good and better than other cleaners I've used.

move lighter furniture. identify stains that I missed. Stains that were identified were not removed. Still smelling pet stains in room with pet treatment.
It took much longer to dry than estimated. Pet stain removal was too expensive.
The tech that was sent to my house was amazing. I was just about to give up on Zerorez then Joseph showed up . He is such an asset to your company !
The tech was here until almost 10:00 PM after starting around 5:00 PM. The tech didn't have a sprayer to use so he have to use mine.
I am very happy with the service, the pet odorizer has worked great! Wish it didn't cost so much but I'm glad it worked! The tech was very polite and professional, and did a great job!
The carpets are clean, but after the tech leave the carpets are not sopping wet.

Clarify to customers before scheduling an appointment that 200 sq. feet is considered to be one room, if its more than that then it's considered to be 2 rooms. Pretty disappointing.

Great job at cleaning my carpet. Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service technician. Didn't try to pressure me into more services (which I hate) but rather suggested that the services were available whenever I needed them.

Paul was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He explained what he was doing and what kind of results I can expect. There was no high pressure to buy additional services, even though we talked about it. Overall I am a happy customer. The only thing I would do different next time, is to choose a warmer day to do the cleaning. Thank You.

It took a while but finally a nice manager from Zeroez took care of my situation. I still think they can do better with customer service but once you get to a top person someone will get the job done. It just takes a while.
