Chris cleaned our carpet and it looks great!! We are very pleased. Chris did a great job of explaining what he would do and how he would do it and how much it would cost before he did anything. He was on time, polite, courteous and very knowledgable about his product and his work.

The fact that you don't use chemicals!

I was told $75 in cleaning of my furniture and it was explained by your service guy $75 off. That advertising was misleading. Other than that I enjoyed your product and his service

No soap was used, which I really appreciate. The pre-treatment spray smelled really great, and the house still smells good. Carpets look wonderful.

The actual cleaning service was very good. What I didn't like was on-site estimate… he quoted me 85/chair. When the bill came it was actually 90/chair. There was a $10 fuel charge (my suggestion - factor that in your price. this is outrageous to see. I've never been overtly charged a fuel price on any service provider coming to my home). I asked for an estimate for the stairs. He said 45-50. it was actually 68. It was $4/stair and their were 17 stairs. He should have just said that upfront instead of giving me a low ball so i was more inclined to do it.
I put the cushions outside to dry in the sun (warm day) but windy and one of them blew in the pool. I had a party the next day and was very upset. Called Zeroez for help. Maybe having someone swing by and suck out the excess water. Of course i would have paid. Said no one could help me - :( If i recommend you I will be sure the say BEWARE OF LOWBALL ESTIMATIONS!
