Only one person came and the edges of each room were not cleaned.
I really love the fragrance and how clean my carpet looks and feels. Thank you for saving my newly upholstered sofa from our cat's accident. Also, our Zerorez tech was wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends and will definitely use them again.

AJ was here early and worked very quickly. He was great with my three kids too. He explained what he was doing, welcomed questions, and got out quickly. The results far exceeded expectations, wish we did this sooner.
The technician was very professional and very prompt in finishing up the cleaning of my carpet he did an excellent job getting up the stains that were able there was a couple that he was not able to to get up but he said that it's very hard to get up ink and therefore was not able to get that what up but I'm satisfied with that but he did a very good job.
I only called you out here to clean my living room carpet so that I could provide proof I had it cleaned for a warranty issue. I asked them to give me a receipt for that cleaning and it was put on my receipt that there were urine stains which there was no such thing. I had told him there was urine smell in one of the bedrooms which had nothing to do with my living room carpet. I paid you $117. for nothing. I was very disappointed in your service. I will not use zerorez or recommend them to anyone. This was very wrong on your part. And I think it was done only because I would not agree to pay 60 more dollars for some product for the bedroom carpet. I only had the bedroom done because the cost was the same weather I had the bedroom cleaned or not. All I wanted was a simple receipt that I had my living room carpet cleaned by a professional company so I could proceed with my warranty issue. There should not have been any comments on there about the bedroom. And there is no stain on the carpet in any room in my house. All your company seemed to care about was $$$$$$$$$$$$$ not the customer.

Your process does an amazing job and dries quickly. A friend told me to request Tommy which I did and he did an awesome job.
Customer service was impeccable. From my telephone conversation with the scheduler to the technician that performed the service. I also liked the fact that there wasn't a lingering odor once the cleaning was complete.
