Efficient&professional
I love your product/service!!! Our Berber carpet is about 15 years old and it never fails that after you have simply cleaned our carpet it looks like it could be almost brand new. What ever the product is, our carpet stains are removed and we just couldn't be more pleased each and every time. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again and I always recommend you to every one I know.
Serviceman very professional and punctual!He went over and above on a couple of stains I had in carpet and got them out! This the third time we used your company and will call you again down the road. Thank you very much.

Clean the edges of carpet. Those are the spots we cannot get with vacuum. I was told it is extra charge for them.

We've used Zerorez for a while now. The last couple of visits the carpet has been extremely clean. This time, the carpet doesn't look as clean and took a lot longer to dry.

The technician did not call me prior to his arrival. That caused me not to be home to meet him on time. He arrived back at my home after 7pm, again with no phone call. When I made my appointment , I was not told I would be charged for 4 rooms even though I only needed 3 rooms done. If I had known, I would of had him clean an additional bedroom. I was suppose to get my hallway cleaned for free for the mishap, and instead, the tech did not clean the hallway at all. How can you make things right? Give me a refund for the 4th room that was not cleaned. Thank you for the follow up.

Had a visit and walk through with Randy Phillips and his crew on 11-12-14 @ 5:30pm. Appt was at 1:30 pm. but was no able to make it. Randy gave us an estimate which we were willing to do as he suggested and pay that estimate. Had to reschedule appt for 11-19-14 to do work which included stretching carpet, fixing seams and treating and cleaning carpets and cleaning two chairs.
KEith L. came on 11-19-14 and cleaned carpet and stretched carpet which is bunched up against the bottom of the wall. Some spots were not treated and chairs not cleaned good.

Fast service and very knowledgable about carpet cleaning.
Employee called to let me know he was an hour and half early. We were at an appt. and couldn't be there until the start of the original apt time. So he sat in my driveway for that hour and half till I arrived. When he came in and started the estimate he told me a different quote than I had been told over the phone and charged me for things that I was told would be included in the original price.
Edward touched up den area that still appeared to be spotted. He did an amazing job; beautiful results.

It leaves my carpets much softer than traditional cleaning. The spots do not seem to come back. It last.
First of all, I had no problem with your service employee. He did a good job at what he did. I do have a PROBLEM with how you justify room size. I was to have had 4 rooms cleaned. I have lots of furniture and therefore the areas to be cleaned are not very large. My bedroom is barely able to walk around in so very LITTLE carpet to be cleaned. The dressing area off the bedroom is so small you can barely turn around. He classified my bedroom as a room and the dressing area as a room - that is a JOKE!!! He classified my hallway as a room. It is not very long and is narrow. You can send a manager out to look at these rooms if you wish. Also, I thought I was to have an area of grout cleaned. I told him my bathroom. I have an old house and the bathroom is very very small. I know the grout wasn't touched and the floor looked just like I keep it. I DID NOT GET MY GIFT CARD!!!!! I know I was to get a gift card. It is very unlikely that I will recommend Zerorez to anyone.
My carpets look great. Service was timely, friendly and efficient.
However.... I would not recommend your carpet repair service. It took three separate trips before the technician remembered to bring all the tools necessary to complete the job. Two stair areas were stretched nicely and look much better. A third area was unaddressed as promised and the fourth area was a patch job that is already coming apart----three days later. Not what I expected for another $200!

You are a bit pricey.
It is effective. I feel that the pet stains, the "normal" use, any odors, are fully taken care of. I appreciated Seth's work and his professionalism and am more than pleased with Jaime's work. The charming part about Jaime is how much pride he takes in doing a really good job. In the case of both men, I appreciate that they fully explain their work and go through the invoice with me to answer any questions I might have. It's expensive but ... worth it.
