The technitions were friendly and professional. They explained their services and provided them with great care. I am extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and beauty of my carpets.

The appointment lasted hours, the tech didn't have the correct equipment, charged me for stuff he didn't do, and the carpet is still not clean. The manager has refused to call me for a week now.

Give the customer more say in the timing- perhaps a two hour window. I first called months ago, and the person doing the scheduling would not even give me a choice of morning or afternoon, so I was unable to schedule, and I used another company. I had been wanting to try Zerorez because of the lack of chemicals, but the difficulty in scheduling made it a better choice to try someone else who was tried and true. I decided to give Zerorez another try, and at least was able to request a before 1:00 time. When we received the call we were told 1:30. We were very pleased with the actual cleaning, but I still hesitate because of the lack of consideration for the customer's time.

I am not likely to recommend because when placing my order for carpet cleaning and the repair of my carpet I told the service person on the phone that I had 4 or five small places for repair where my puppy had chewed. She told me it would be an additional charge of $30. She did not say it was $30 per spot. So I was shocked when the repair was almost five times what I was expecting. Service tech was very efficient and did a good job but felt I was misinformed about the cost of the repair work. When I had Zerorez a year ago the tech repaired two small places for $25-30 total. I was quoted on the phone for the cleaning of five rooms and the repair work in the neighborhood of $179 plus tax and my actual bill was $303.09 including tax and trip charge. Unless you can issue me some credit that will recognize the discrepency in what I was promised and what I was charged I am not likely to use your services again. Name removed

Jesus did the best job of any of your technitions. He didn't just do a lick and a promise , as my mother used to say. I saw him go back to places he jad already cleaned when he wasn't satisfied that it was clean enough.

The carpet was left all matted down and wrinkled. It looked terrible worse than before the work was performed. I can't think of anything positive to say about the experience. We paid with a credit card and had to call to request a receipt for the work.

THE SERVICE TECH WAS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

The use of very little or no chemicals. I have quite an allergy to petro chemicals and Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company that doesn't cause me lots of problems. Also their people are very personable and capable.

It is Friday at 5 pm and your tech finished before noon yesterday and my carpet is still wet - not damp - wet.

The 5 room house and hallway were cleaned in 45mins and the next day the carpet didn't look clean. This was an empty house and I questioned an area that didn't look like it got cleaned and the young man touched the carpet and said it was damp so it was gone over with the cleaner.

We are very happy with the job. I don't know much about the products. But we do know about that the technician, Joe, was extremely polite and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. The carpets look GREAT.

I didn't feel that my carpet was much cleaner than before. Even before the guy started, he said that "high traffic areas" were hard to clean completely. My bedroom carpet still has a dark path to the bathroom - even though he really worked on it. I feel that your advertising is misleading - since you promise to remove stains, blood, etc and can't get out a dark path. This carpet is only 3 years old - by the way, so not terribly old.

Guy who cleaned was awesome. Really nice and knowledgeable.

My appointment was for 6PM but the Tech showed up at Noon, and never called me. The person at the house has never dealt with your company before. I set the appointment, yet the Tech got an approval from the person at the house to do the upholstery which cost way more money that what I had budgeted. I want the upholstery charges dropped since I am the person who set the appointment and was responsible for the payment. Plus, I signed up for 4 rooms at $29 a room, but the Tech only cleaned 3 rooms.

Communicate that when one man comes, he may not move all furniture. He did a great job!

I was skeptical about calling another carpet service, we've tried a few already with so-so results. I'm happy to say that Zerorez surpassed my expectations at a reasonable price with professional and pleasant service.
