Make sure your technicians show up in the window of time they are supposed to.

Our technician was friendly and thorough but rough on the furniture and walls. There was a lot of banging around and we noticed a 6 inch chunk knocked off of the corner of one of our walls. His response was, "oh did I do that?'
My carpets are definitely clean and the carpet is very soft. I realize that this was a promotional price, but the promotional price was all I could have afforded. It was nice to be able to get my carpets cleaned before my little grandchildren arrive with their parents for Thanksgiving.
I am very upset about the "shady" sales tactics, and unwanted upselling by the service tech. I am a return customer, but I will never use your services again. I called and received a quote of $185 (w/o tax and service charge) for 1 living room, 4 bedrooms, and a hallway less then 15 feet. I informed the agent I only wanted basic cleaning, no other services.
However, when the "sales person" showed up to clean my house, he informed my husband that the living room would be an additional charge, and actually two rooms. This is not true. I have a standard living room, informed the agent taking my order on the phone. Then the "sales person" brought out a flourescent light and began inspecting my carpet. He told my husband, the previous owner must of had a bunch of cats, because cat pee was all over the carpet. What????? I didn't ask for my carpet to be inspected, ONLY CLEANED!!! Then put the fear of germs into my husband that our daughter was playing on cat pee carpet. He told my husband we needed the pet treatment for $60. He should NEVER NEVER have "upsold" us. I specifically said no other treatments when I booked the service. And then, he charged $60 for three rooms!!!! That was never explained. Do NOT send someone into my home to take financial advantage of us. Horrible and shady business practice. So the final bill was close to $400. Absolutely wrong.
I STOPPED payment on the check. I called to speak to the manager, Leah Lewis, the same day at 4:30pm to dispute the charges. Conveniently, I was told by Barbara, that Leah was out for the day in meetings.
Now I know why you received an "F" rating on BBB. Similiar reviews are all over the internet.
I have no problem paying the amount I was quoted, including service fee and tax. But I will not pay for something I did not request. I think you take advantage of people by sending someone into their home with a fake light, and making up stories about cat urine.

Making appointment was easy. Technician was on time and very friendly. My grandkids had spent the night so I had not had time to move 2 dressers and he helped me with that.
my concern is that he offered to clean my tiles for 200.00 more.
I agreed knowing that was a good offer.
My carpets look and feel great but my grout in one area is not clean.
I am hoping so.someone can look at it and give me their opinion.

I had pet urine and spent over $450.00 and here a few days later when the weather turned humid again, I can still smell urine in the hallway.
Our tech was great. He was available much sooner than anticipated. Nice job on cleaning, he gave us shoe covers to wear until the carpets dried. I'd heard the KVIL ad special. I don't think our tech knew what was included because we didn't get the upholstery cleaning or the gift card for Fullers jewelry.
Your technicians are friendly and know their stuff..... also-your are punctual for appointments. carpets are very clean and no left over smells.
