I notice the capet is now stretched in some areas (looks like humps). Feel that was due to much suction in shampooing.

Your technicians always do a great job at cleaning the carpet. However, your appointment scheduling procedure is a pain. After I finally got it scheduled for 4 to 6 (and left work at 3), the technician did not arrive until 7.
They smell good and the carpet isn't soaking wet when the cleaning is finished. The technician was very polite and considerate.
Very effective cleaning. Service rep was up front about possible extra charges based on cleaning requests.
I'm sure the technition got out a lot of dirt. But I just couldn't tell the difference. It just confirmed my fears about carpet cleaners in general. That they are all the same and not worth the money. I'm sure he sid his best and will tell you that there was a vast improvement but I couldn't tell much difference.

When I have had my carpets cleaned before there is always hair balls, or fuzz balls left all over, especially by the baseboards; there was nothing like that left after Zerorez. The carpets were so clean through out.
The gentleman that did my carpets was very professional, did a wonderful job, and did it fast! More importantly to me was that he was able to remove the smell of cat urine in a bedroom that I had tried cleaning with other companies before. Joe removed that awful smell and I am so pleased and happy!! Thank You Joe!
The carpets dried fast, and there is a nice smell that remains at least a day after it has been dried. I liked that!!
