My carpets looked great, but I hated the upsell. If you want me to spend more money, just charge it on the front end. Every step the guy took, he was suggesting something else. My $99 job ended up costing me four times what I planned to spend. I would have preferred to know my options up front rather than having to make a snap decision on the spot.
The technician, Jesus, was very professional. He explained our options very clearly and was extremely courteous. The end result was better than we expected.
Didn't clean heavy dirt areas very well. I had to clean spot off of couch area. Didn't get the fresh,long-lasting smell Rebecca got and I have three less dogs and only one allowed on carpet. I am still waiting for the promised certificate from Fuller's Jewelry. We moved all the furniture.
Your attendant was very nice and came promptly when he got a truck that worked.
When the stairs were cleaned a wipe down of the white molding needs to be wiped down. Breaking down the job after being performed. Also ensuring the right hoses are on the truck before being dispatched the day prior. I was not able to get my tile cleaned because the smaller vacuum hose was not on the van.
My carpeting is quite old & I have raised kids & had pets. After zerorez cleans it, it looks very fresh and is really soft on bare feet.
Carlos and Chris did a FANTASTIC job on my carpets. Very professional and nice and worked quickly. I will definitely request them again. GREAT JOB!

I was charged $40$ extra for 1 dog pee stain in one room and $40 extra for another room with multiple dog pee stains. Why is one stain the same price as multiple? Felt a little ripped off about that. Spent over $200 on two tiny bedrooms mostly filled with furniture. Took 20 minutes. That's too expensive.

Our guys were on time, friendly, and professional. The cleaning was excellent and the carpet looks and smells great.
I was surprised at the extra fees for pet stains, and would have probably been better mentally prepared if I knew in advance. A disclosure if you will... *pet stains extra.
I like how Zerorez cleans my carpets and the service techs have always been courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.
My only complaint is that I get scheduled so late in the day that I cannot have all my rooms cleaned as I originally wished and only had 2 cleaned this last time.

This was by far the best Company we have ever used!!!!!!!! The technician, Ricardo, was very professional and very thorough. He cleaned our tile in the entire house and the tile looks amazing. I was so happy that he was the same technician that returned the next day to clean our tile. He cleaned our carpets Perfectly, removing stains, etc. I have never had a company seriously take their time cleaning our 7 areas. The past companies we've used, were always in and out in like 30 minutes, leaving our carpets uncleaned and wet for hours. We will forever be a Zerorez customer and will request Ricardo every time!!!

THE GUY YOU SENT OUT WASNT GETTING THE CARPET CLEAN HE SAID THE CARPET WAS OLD WITCH IT WASNT COME TO FIND OUT HES SPRAYER WAS STOPPED UP THEN HE ASK ME FOR MY TOOLS TO FIX IT THEN I WAS PUTTING THE FURINTURE BACK HE DIDNT MOVE THE STUFF THAT WE ASK HIM TO DO SO IT LEFT A SPOT WHERE IT WASNT CLEANED.THERE IS SPOTS IN THE DOOR WAY THAT ARE STILL WET AND ITS BEEN 2 DAYS SINCE THIS WAS CLEANED.ITS LEFT A OILY FLIM ON THE WOOD FLOOR AND IT IS SLICK ANYTIME IVE HAD YALL OUT THERE IT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM LIKE THIS.
