The men that came to clean our carpets did not seem as if they wanted to be there it seemed as if they just wanted to be done and leave. Our back living room, where we spend all of our time the guy went through very quickly and did not even clean the carpet around the bar area. So now part of my carpet is clean and the section around the bar is still just as dirty as before he came out. We were told by the lady we scheduled with that the men would move up to 50 lb, all he needed to do was move 2 bar stools and clean the carpet or if he would have asked I would have moved them but I thought he would move them, I had just come in from work and my 6 yr old was sick and had 103 temp. I was trying to take care of him and figures the guy would move 2 barstools. Also in the same room the pet cushion was just stood up against the wall and he only cleaned around it, it wound not have taken much to move the cushion out and completely clean the carpet. It seemed as if he didn't care about getting the carpets clean he just wanted to get it done as quick as possible and leave without doing a complete job. After paying 200.00 $ to have my carpets cleaned I think he could have cleaned them better without skipping crucial areas and half way doing the job. I think someone needs to come back and finish the job and clean my carpets correctly.

After the carpet has dried and I went through each room it appeared that it looked like it just had a very good vacuuming. I was able to get discolored spots out with a wash cloth that did not get removed during the cleaning. I could have done that myself to begin with and not spent $160. The guys that came out were great! This is not their fault. I just don't think it looks clean like it should. Numerous small areas I thought would be cleaned from the service and spots are still there today. Like I said I could get them up with a wash cloth. Disappointed that I have 30-40 people coming on Thanksgiving and I'm cleaning spots on my hands and knees with no time!

I filed a police report for a diamond anniversary ring that was present before your technician arrived. I spoke with the manager who was opppisional and defensive. I have used your company for many many years. All I want is my ring back, and only wish I do not have to file charges.

Carpets looks great. Technician was excellent and very professional.

I don't know if other carpet cleaning companies move furniture but Zerorez definitely does not. When I use Zerorez I have to make sure I have someone at home with me to help me move the sofas so the whole carpet can be cleaned. I can't recommend under those conditions.

I like how the carpet stays clean instead of what happens with regular carpet cleaning, it ends up dirty again after a short period of time.

the first trip carlos and First name removed came out equipment was broke down for a hour, they did nothing gave it a quick vacuum with machine, no pre treatment, looked worse than it did.
2nd trip RODRICK came out pre treated and did everything that should have been done the first time, he did everything he could.

I like how chemicals are not the focus of your cleaning system. It always amazes me how much better the carpets look after Zerorez visits our home.

Asked that my rug be cleaned because the backing was stained due to the existing carpet stain & mildew. I had plastic between the rug & carpet after discovering the problem. I was told that the factory would advise me if they could clean the bottom, & didn't receive a call. I had to follow up. Then I was advised me it could be cleaned, otherwise a full refund. Also told me then it would take 3 wks. Rug was delivered Sat after 4 weeks, & the stains still existed. Valentino offered to take it back to the factory on Monday & would advise me if it could be fixed. Also I am concerned about recleaning the rug & if it will harm the backing. Valentino told me he would call me on Monday around 1 pm to advise me, but no word.

You came on such short notice, the tech was great and he was funny. He did a wonderful job and my house smells so good afterwards. Since I used Zerorez once before at my apartment, now at my house, I knew what to expect but they exceeded my expectations. All of your movable furniture is moved and propped up with those foam wedges so that they can dry underneath. I just love coming into my house and smelling that clean smell. The carpets look great and I've stopped sneezing too. Thanks Zerorez. See you in a few months!
