The zero chemicals
I like the way the carpet feels after you clean it, plus you arrived on time.
Considering how filthy my carpet was I was very surprised how much of the dirt came out.

I was told My appointment was between 1:30-4:30. Due to equipment breakdown, the technician wasn't able to get to my house until 5:15PM. It would have been nice if the company would have called me OR sent a different technician during the appointment time. I waited all day, then the work took 2.5 hours. 7:45 PM. That is way too late. The technician was nice but Zerorez should have kept me informed and taken better care of me.
Technician told me it would take about an hour and a half to,two hrs. He was at myhome for 45min.He also told me my floor would be dry in 4hrs. My floors did not dry untilthe next day, and my floors don't look any different.
The serviceman was great, however I was shocked at how expensive it was! I will warn people of that! I probably should have just replaced the carpet!
I like the green methods and natural products without sticky soaps on my carpets.

The cleaning of 3 rooms took 30 minutes. The technician informed me before he got started that the pet smell could not be removed without paying an additional $60 for a topical treatment. He could not explain what the topical treatment was made of that would help kill bacteria in the carpet and in turn eliminate the smell. We went ahead and purchased this treatment to help ensure there would be no future smell. Additionally, the technician told me that the high traffic areas would still remain dark due to the carpet fibers being worn. The high traffic areas are dark because they are walked on with shoes which carry dirt. My expectation is that they would be cleaned, removing the dirt, and in turn lighter and more comparable to the other carpet areas. After his 30 minutes of cleaning, everything looked the same. The spots in the carpet stayed and the high traffic areas were still dark. I even pointed out am area that our dog had an accident on and it was still dark. He stated that the pee color will still remain in the carpet after cleaning because the acid in the urine will change the carpet fiber. Although the stains were still present, the smell was gone or at least overshadowed by the smell of the topical treatment. The carpet stayed wet for at least 9 hours rather than the 4-6 hours initially quoted. Our house was set on 70 degrees all day. When we woke in the morning, the floor stunk of pet smell again. It smells worse than it did before the carpet was cleaned. Based on the time he spent cleaning and how long it took for the carpet to dry, it is as if all he did was spray water on the carpet without attempting to extract any dirt (or water for that matter). I will never use ZeroRez again and would like a refund for dissatisfaction. Name removed: Phone number removed.

Technicians were very friendly & seemed to be giving me a good deal. I paid $430 & for that amount I expected better results. There were still stains on the couch that cost $150 to clean. There was a stain left & carpet uncleaned under an end table (not heavy). Overall my carpets look much better, but the guys were in too big of a hurry & didn't pay attention to details.
The gentleman who did the work was one of the best you have sent out. He was friendly, showed a lot of care with our adjoining tile floors by keeping them wiped up, moved the equipment and hoses carefully from room to room and did a great job in cleaning the carpets. If we are allowed to ask for a certain person, we would like him to be able to clean our home each time. I'm sure you get a lot of comments on Kevin. Thanks again Kevin for a great job!
Great tech, enjoyed having him in our home. Bad points - he used a fan that was extremely dirty and all surfaces ended up extremely dirty/dusty. We ended up having to do a major clean up once the tile was dry. Felt like our home, excluding the tile, was left dirtier than before the cleaning. Also, the tech had a spray bottle to seal the grout and tile. Previous tech had a machine that covered all areas. We felt like the sealing was a hit and miss on this house. Great job on 1404 Condor Drive, dirty equipment and badly equipped tech made my second home a so so job (413 Northbrook). Overall experience, 50%.

We have used Zerorez many times, but this time we were disappointed with our service. Luckily we were not hosting Thanksgiving at our home this year, since our carpets remained wet as of 10:00 AM this morning???? We were definitely surprised that they were so wet when Casey, the technician, left yesterday around 3:30-4:00. We thought maybe because the weather was cooler? But this morning they remained wet, esp the stairs and rooms downstairs. So much so that upon stepping on beach towels that we put down we could see our foot prints. We had him do 5 rooms and 17 steps which he said would take him 1 1/2 hrs, that seems to be the fastest anyone has ever cleaned out carpets. We had to ask him to come back for a bed room closet that when I asked him if he'd done, he couldn't remember? Obviously he hadn't, said he didn't know about that room and I had showed it to him. He seemed to be in a real hurry, said he had two other jobs, perhaps he was overbooked? We are out of town for the holidays and hopefully our carpets will be in good condition when we return.
