Friendly and professional.
I was not informed of a $10 fuel charge or that the hallway was $2 per linear foot. On top of that I was told that it was $60 per room to take care of pet odors and stains! So what I THOUGHT was going to cost me $150 was going to end up costing me over $400!!!! Talk about bait and switch!
Technician arrived early and provided excellent service.
It's only water...no chemicals. Cleans and removes stains no one else has been able to remove.

I am a little disappointed in the stain removal and how long the carpets looked really clean.
I was surprised it was steamed.

This is carpet was installed before we bought our home. It's newish but not a good grade, so it matted in traffic areas. After zerorez this carpet looked better since it will pull up all fluffy when I vacuum.

The guy was very nice and fast. The carpets look great.
The cleaning in the middle floor looks great, but when you sit down and look at the base boards that area has not been cleared and it looks terrible. I did not notice this until after the service person left. You need to have them clear up close to the base boards and the edge of the carpet that goes into the bathrooms and kitchen.The entranc area about 3/4 inch from each of these do not get clean. If I recommend your service to someone else I would mention to them to check these areas before they leave.
The service technicians were very knowledgable, quick, thorough, and friendly. They explained the process and gave a fair estimate before starting the process. Very kind gentlemen. And the carpets - I could immediately see a difference in appearance. I could not believe my eyes seeing all of the dirt and soap they were pulling up - and the carpet in 4 of the rooms was brand new with very light traffic and no animals in the house. Yet still, what was pulled up from this new carpet was shocking! Thank you, Zerorez. We will be calling you again.
I like that you don't use detergents. The carpet was soft and crunchy like I have found in using other carpet cleaning companies.

The cost of cleaning area rugs is way out of proportion to the labor or the actual cost involved. I have a rug that had no furniture on it, no visible stains or anything that would make cleaning problematic. Yet the cost was exorbitant. I had other items cleaned at the same time so I was way over any minimum requirement and was not effected by that.
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He did everything that we asked and was very personable.
I like the added bonuses that come with cleaning (coupon with added gift certificate, passes, etc), although we have not yet received our restaurant gift card that was supposed to come with our last service).
Not forget I have an appointment and arrive during the specified time. I had to call to see if someone was coming when they were late and it appeared that my appointment was overlooked. They did find a technician who did arrive then in about 40 minutes after my call, which was 30 minutes after the latest time in the window given me.
Adam was quick clean neat and very gracious that we did our preparation, evidently that's rare.

Fair prics
I've already spoke to customer service. I had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and sealed. It was not as clean as last year and two of my tiles were scratched. Also, there are 2 spots on my carpet that looked liked they were burnt. I will show those to whoever comes to check out my tile in December. I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my tile. The tile and grout was much cleaner last year. I don't understand what the difference was. Plus, I spent almost $500 to have my carpets and kitchen tiled cleaned. This seemed a little high to me.
