Two reasons,The radio commercial says your carpets smell good, mine didn't,I couldn't sleep well in my room due to the horrible oder,the traffic area in my bedroom is still stain, and in one bedroom a spot wasn't removed.I feel your technicians don't put any muscle, in their work, I've had my carpets cleaned before and I've never had the oder and stains left behind.Thank you.Name removed.

The technician was only interested in up selling me additional services. After I declined he took less than 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms and 15 stairs. Also, he didn't even clean the rooms closets. Very unhappy with my experience.

I had heavy stains in 2 of 4 rooms to be cleaned. I chose topical treatment of stains (financial reasons). One of the most soiled rooms was treated last and I feel the most soiled rooms should have been treated first.
Although I don't think he intended the comment to offend me, the questions about whether or not the dogs will continue to soil the carpet and not liking to clean something that will be soiled again (or something to that affect) came across as judgmental.
The technician Austin McMurry) was very well trained and did a fine job. There was no noticeable chemical smell after the job was completed.
