The guy who came out was very nice!
Very polite service rep. Had to come back out to home to correct some cleaning and have carpet stretch where the first tech did not do.

HE did get most of the spots out from make up in my daughters room and a unidentified black stop in the master bedroom but the heavy traffic areas were not cleaned that well. I moved my bed and you can see the difference between where the bed was and the heavy traffic area. there are also a darker spot under our computer desk that is still there. Also the kids room I still see traffic area darkness. It looks better than it did of course but I guess I expected it to look new again.
Made a 13 year beige carpet look brand new again......even in heavy traveled areas. The pile brush took out all the pet hair and made the pile stand on end!
Did a great job. Showed up on time, work completed timely and service tech was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Very pleased.
One of the main spots that was treated still seems rough, almost like the stain wasn't completely removed.
I was not at all happy about the cleaning in the shower. We have a brand new home and we keep it very clean. We normally use another company to clean our carpets. This is the first time to clean in our new home and thought we would try zerorez. We noticed mold in the grout in the shower after having shower cleaned & sealed on Monday. Really? Already? Well, this was a redo of a previous cleaning. This redo was done on 21Nov and we were home very little during the weekend except to pack on Sunday night. The cleaner had instructed us to walk around the perimeter of the room until it dried and that’s what we did. We even left our small pet in her crate until it dried. The rug looked great when the cleaner left but a thickest/darker area was starting to show up later in the same day that your cleaner was here. And we didn’t walk across it at all. My wife first thought it was a shadow, but then realized it was brown and drying that way. We were heading out of town the entire week for the holiday. When we returned on this past weekend the area had expanded and the area mentioned above had darkened even more. While we were gone no one has access to our home, our pet was at a local Pet Lodge, and the blinds were drawn.
In closing, your staff and cleaners are knowledgeable, efficient, very professional and courteous. We have spent a significant amount of money the past year with your company and even had previously recommended Zerorez to some friends. I remember the 1st cleaner a year ago taking the time to explain your cleaning process and how it was so much better than all the rest. That said, something is obviously amiss here so all I would ask is that you make it right (i.e., I want my carpet cleaned and to make it last for at least the year) and I am not paying another dime or making a recommendation until we are satisfied. Thank you!
Technician was very helpful and did a wonderful job.
I paid for the post shampoo treatment (approx $100) to prevent staining afterward. I was told that it would help with stains and they would come right out. I am VERY disappointed because my dog got sick literally a week after the shampoo and I was hoping the stains would come right out due to this treatment but they did not at all. This was despite using the zerorez spot cleaner. I feel like I would have had the same exact outcome without the treatment. It's fine to upsell if the product/service actually works. Disappointing. Otherwise I do like the way my carpets look and feel after the cleaning.
Service guys were very accommodating, thorough, and had great work ethic. I love zero rez and their clean safe products.

The service was great the tech Charles was great. The disappointment came from the carpet not getting clean in several spots. Overall it was just a steam cleaning and I'm fine with it.

The up selling is always a shock. Plus a few cushions on the couch I had cleaned still have stand on them. Didn't do a final walk through.
The technicians were very polite and explained everything about the process. They did forget one of the orange guards which I will keep if they would like to come buy and pick it up. Thanks to Randy and Keith for making mu carpets look so much better!
The products do a good job of removing stains. The technician, Roy,
made my old carpet look great.
The technician was very nice. However, when he pulled the hose from the van onto my front porch through my front door, he accidentally knocked over one of my ceramic pots and it is now broken. I would prefer reimbursement for the broken pot. NOTE: I did not notice this when he was here or I would have mentioned it to him, I don't think he realized it was broken as it was laying in my flower bed.

Carpet estimate/price was good. The estimate for the air ducts was quite incomplete and when the tech gave me the full price, it included a phase that was never discussed on the phone although I asked for a complete estimate. The tech's estimate at the site was $750 additional from the $1050 phone estimate. I cancelled the duct cleaning as I will get a competitive bid since this seemed quite high.
