On time and efficient service. Friendly technician.
I'll call to explain. Don't promote carpet protection treatment when you have pets, it doesn't work so why promote it? This will be last time I go with carpet protection treatment. I have a 14 year old dog who I caught in the act of having an accident. I immediately blotted the spot up with towel several times and it still left urine stains.
The person who did the cleaning did an EXCELLENT job - very thorough and also very polite and friendly. He went above and beyond!

Need to have some option to cover the smell of the dirty water that is coming out of the carpet. It took quite a long time for the smell of the "dirt" to dissipate from the house. Also, possibly because of the temperature or humidity on the day but it took well over 36 hours for the carpets to dry and we brought in fans and blowers to help circulate the air. The carpets were also not very "soft" when they dried, it took several vacuuming passes to get them softer.
My appointment was kept on time and was even earlier than expected which worke dout with my hectic SAturday schedule.

Our carpets look great and the representative who cleaned them was knowledgeable and friendly.
The techs were friendly and on time - even early! Services were performed very efficiently.
I had a hard time w customer service last time - furniture was damaged and it was many weeks before the issue was finally resolved. A more prompt response from customer service is in order. Still used zerorez again and all went well this time around. Great product. Would also love to get to select the time if my appt - I keep getting that 4:30 pm slot which I would never select - again this is a customer service issue
when I called over the phone I was told the cost would be 120 for four rooms, He only did two rooms and my stairs then said the total cost would be somewhere around 175. I paid it and didn't feel like arguing but I don't feel right about being charged 50 bucks extra for 2 rooms and a small staircase.
Stains surfaced that had not been there before and some stains were not removed. I spent an hour the next day removing all these stains myself. Team is more concerned with making straight lines than removing stains.
The carpets feel clean and they dry quickly.

I like that they are chemical free! The representative that cleaned my carpet was friendly and professional. My carpet was very dirty and all things considered, it looks pretty good. A former coffee stain has risen back up however. Ithadbern cleaned out by another company and I was surprised to see it again after this cleaning.

I'm waiting for resolution on some wood flooring that was damaged during my carpet cleaning.
Didn't receive correct order. Order resent never delivered. Resent second order minus two of the three items. Driver tried by giving us 2 open products as replacement. Love product, however order fulfillment is weak.
Sincere personnel, they wore booties and used corner guards.
Some of the pet spots still show. Our front room dried in streaks.
Carpets looked great!!
Unfortunately, the enzyme products you used did not remove the cat urine or odor from the surfaces that were treated. In fact, the smell was worse after the treatment. Not sure if a second treatment would do the trick.
The person you sent was very friendly and professional.
Just not happy that the odor is worse than before.
Wasn't told of charge for fuel when I 1st called for quote; also the charge $15 charge for cleaning a small 2' x 5' hallway was ridiculous when you clean an entire room for $30.
