I like that there is no smell when Zerorez cleans like there is from the chemicals other companies use.

Our technician was exceptionally professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and answered any and all questions I had.
The technician(Roderick) answered several questions that I had about your cleaning process since this was my first time using Zerorez. He also explained two ways to clean dog urine odor from carpet/padding. The carpet was dry in a reasonable time frame. Roderick was courteous and I would not hestitate to request him again.
My carpets look fantastic after my Zerorez cleaning! They looked really bad and had many pet stains. Fabio and his assistant did a great job! They were both very polite and courteous, me and my husband home office and they both sensitive to that issue. They made sure all the spots were gone and also recommended the additional treatment on the pets stains that had a bad odor. I am so pleased with the service. We will definitely use Zerorez again. thank you.
My wife did not think that the overall job of cleaning the rugs were comparable to previous cleaning performed by others in prior years. She indicated that most of the stains were not removed and the parameter of the rugs were not cleaned at all as such, it appears darker than the rest of the rug.

The guy that came out was great but my carpets don't look much better. Traffic areas look about the same as before cleaning. Not sure if it is just not possible to get clean or not.

Casey, the technician, was very friendly. I like that there are no chemicals or residues left on my carpet.
The actual service was fine but when the technician first entered my home and spoke to me about the service he said I would be charged more than than I was quoted on the phone. I was very specific when I scheduled the service and I was angered when I was told I would be charged extra for the stairs. He then looked at the paperwork and saw he was wrong and I was quoted for the stairs. If I hadn't questioned it he would have charged me more. That did not sit well with me from the start. He did a good job cleaning the carpet.

My carpet cleaner was only there 45 minutes for five rooms. The rooms were empty, but I think if he had spent more time, they might have been cleaner. There was dirt in high traffic areas that didn't look like it had been cleaned. He said it was because the carpet was old (4 years old) that the fibers were damaged and that was the reason it did not come clean. I don't agree. Do you not have a way to spot clean areas that are a little more dirty than others? He spent more time explaining why it did not come clean and trying to sell me carpet protection than he did cleaning it. I was having the rugs cleaned for the new owners and was very disappointed at the outcome. I would like a portion of my payment back.
We've used you before. This time the carpet felt less soft when it dried. It was crunchy.
