What do you like about our products and services?

On time (even early, which worked out for us), quick, and did a great job. We got the carpet cleaned for the next homeowner as we were moving out... after seeing how it looked, we wish we had had it done earlier!

Your technician was promt,polite and started immediately with the task on hand. I was disappointed not receiving the perks mentioned in your commercial on the classic radio station KRR although when I called I mentioned that I heard about you listening to the station mentioned before.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Service person Chris Stricklin did not pre-treat the most soiled areas and he did not use the power pile lifter device. He also "sold' my wife the $50 code 170 fiber protectorate, which was not needed and I have requested a refund on this cost. I also requested a "redo" of the cleaning service. The second technician, Regan was very professional and even took pictures of how the carpet looked before he cleaned it for the second time. He did pre-treat and use the pile lifter device before he cleaned the carpets. I was very impressed with him and he even asked as he cleaned if I could tell the difference, which of course I could. I still expect my $50 refund by the way.

Removed soap from previous home treatments and produced a carpe that was much cleaner than I expected. The technician was efficient and pleasant.

Our technician was prompt, polite, and professional.
The carpets smell great after being cleaned and no messy, sudsy residue. The carpets dry much faster than when using other companies. Support staff on the phone are always pleasant.

Technician (Ricardo) was very professional. He was diligent about placement of hoses in the house so that no furniture or walls were in danger of damage. He devoted extra time to remove indentations in the carpet from furniture. Very cordial and polite. Nice young man.

The main spots that I had called about did not come out of the carpet. I noticed that they were not better after the pile was not fresh from the clean. I called within days to ask for zerorez to come back. When they came back they only tried to sale me their solution and would not reclean the areas I had originally called them back for. Having paid $169.00 for two rooms and stairs was very expensive for them not to retry to get the stains out.

I do not like that type of guarantee satisfaction.

I had begun getting my carpets cleaned once a year from zerorez. I suppose if they want to clean my carpets free next year I will use them.

Technician left without replacing some furniture items. Carpet looks very good, however, and looks much cleaner. Also, wondering where the $50.00 gift card is? No receipt was left with me nor was one emailed. Please follow up on these items. Thank you. Name removed

I bought the lifetime supply of your cleaning solutions when Zerorez cleaned my tile floors last summer. I was assured @ that time the company would bring the solution to my home whenever I called. And that has worked well the first 2 yes I called. This time however your company told me they would only refill my solution jug if I scheduled a cleaning. This is not @ all how this was sold to me & this is the first time anyone said this. I asked to speak to Leah whom I was told is the manager but she was busy. I was assured she would call me back, but I have never heard from her. I have called her 2x since, left messages for her to call me. Still, she has never called. I either want my money back or I want what I was sold. Please have someone call me to resolve this because Leah will not return my calls. The office is in Carrollton, TX.
