On the first trip, the carpet stair fronts were not cleaned well. The second time, they did a thorough job. I am not convinced that all of the dirt comes out with your method.
The carpet is softer. I do not feel residue
The first time you came, I was not wild about the technician. This time Beny did a really good job! He is really a conscientous employee and I commend him.
Jamie came out and was able to give me information about cleaning other areas of the carpet/ couches/ grout. I was able to get quotes on all of those and he was very friendly! I would recommend bc they offered other products too, but I was able to say no, without feeling like I was getting bad service.

You are very meticulas and walk and see where the spots are and if the spots don't go away the first time you treat them again until they are gone.
Most other rug cleaners will say the spot can't come out.
But you have ways to treat the spots that they vanish.
Results last a long time.

Great worker who cleaned my carpets. Carpets looked very good.
I had a couple of dogs so i had some potty stains and orders. After your tech got done no more stains and my house smells fresh again. I am not ashamed to have compsny over now.

Explain up front that everything is extra. Ie I had some spots on carpet extra to treat those I called to have carry cleaned spots and all

The technician was very informative and explained why we might want to do the pet treatment. The cost for that was higher than I would have expected, but we wanted to be sure our carpets smelled fresh (no pet odors) when he finished, so we went ahead and did the pet treatment. Because the weather was very damp the day the carpets were cleaned (yesterday - Thur 12/4), it has taken much longer for them to dry, and some areas are still a bit damp, even though we have run fans to help dry them. But overall, they look much better. My daughter used your services and recommended Zerorez to me. Thanks.
