From online inquiry to first call there was no sense of urgency. Once the appointment was scheduled the service rep called my phone relentlessly which was so aggravating. I thought pricing for the amount of time spent on the house was outrageous. Poor service and poor experience overall.

In all previous dealings with Zerorez in the past, I've been totally pleased. But this recent one is making me question if I want to continue using your business. The coffee stain was not totally removed and excuse after excuse was given to me as to why it couldn't be. Finally, I was told how I might get it out with hydrogen peroxide. I have arthritis in my hands and am facing knee replacement surgery in June. I am not able to do that work. If I were, I would have had to hire Zerorez to do the job! Also, everything was so wet after the cleaning of my throw rugs that water was all over the floor around the rugs and I had to place the rugs under a fan overnight to make sure that they dried. Some of my carpet was equally soaked. I've never had that happen in all of the 13 years that I been having my carpet cleaned.

The technicians were wonderful! My carpets were not that filthy or anything like that. there are some spots for sure; but they put their hearts in to clean them off.

After 24 hours the carpet still damp with ceiling fans on. Hard surface Counter top cleaned, after 24 hrs leaves some noticeable strips.

I think that the service is very good. I have used you before, but there was one thing, that I was very much upset about. I was quoted 33.00 a room which was right, but we had a round rug done that was done before and I was charged 40.00. We were charged 75.00 for that rug this time that is not a big rug.
I was not at home at the time, my sister was, and I would have never gotten that rug done for that amount of money. I was very upset about that.

I would use you again, but would not have that rug done again, that was a little much for that rug.
