Our house always looks good and smells fantastic. Roy is outstanding. His knowledge of the products and is so friendly. The only thing I can complain about at all is that as many times as we have used Zeroreoz is we has never received the specials. I never received the Fuller's Jewelry Store or the Brazilian Rest. gift certificate.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt the process that was preformed was too much money for what was done. Also the tech was polite till payment time and he entered the information wrong and told me my card was declined. I explained to him that could not be that I knew how much money was there. I pointed out to him he had entered the number wrong, he entered it again, it went thru, he asked me to sign, I did he took the paper told me I would receive a receipt by email and turned around and walked out. Not a thank you, call if you need anything, NOTHING just walked out. And also he left my screen door standing wide open. Very disappointed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The pricing for the tile cleaning was too high. I agreed to have it done but certainly hope my tile would be sparkling . There were places that were very dingy near the baseboards that I pointed out to the tech before he cleaned . After he cleaned and I did the walk-through I noticed they were still there and he said he went over it several times and it must be stained . After he left I took a old toothbrush with a little bit of toothpaste on it and scrubbed the spots right off. i expect to get a refund on the tile at least for the master bath since I had to go back and clean it myself. I sent before and after pictures to two email addresses but have not received a response

The technician that came was great and at the time of the service I was satisfied -after closer inspection -I found that the tile was not cleaned as well as I thought that it should be for the cost of the service.

My technician, Robert, was very thorough in explaining each step in the process. He shared all the different options available without being pushy. He made sure I understood everything and worked really hard to get my carpet and tile looking awesome!!!

We called Zerorez to clean our carpets to sell our house. Most of the stains were still very visible. We weren't expecting miracles, but at least a better result.

Chemical free and I just the tile clear feature! I have off white carpet, white tile in the kitchen and a light color tile in the master bath. All looks new! Thanks!

I love the way my carpet looks now, the guy who came to clean them was super kind to my children and myself. Our carpets we're really bad with two children under three we just had to get it done, worth every penny!

no the service was very good, but I don't recommend anything. If someone would ask I would tell them I used you and that you and we would used you next year. Recommending things is asking for trouble.

The old system is a phone quote then when they arrive and give a final quote. make it so that if I do not like the live quote then you pack up and I am not charged or designate an employee to make a phone quote that is accountable. We were charged close to $100 more dollars than the initial quote. We look at what was done and say was it worth it. For an additional 300 dollars I could have laid down a wood floor.

Carpet was damp for over 24 hours but final results are nice and clean. Also, didn't get our gift card for the Brazilian steakhouse.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First I will comment on the customer service and the courtesy of the technician that was sent out. My wife said he was very nice and VERY courteous, taking extra steps to accommodate our son's nap time. So please don't take our rating as a negative towards the technician.

My issue is with the look and feel of the carpets after being cleaned. These carpets are 2 years old, and only two adults have lived on them until the last year (our son is 13 months). I don't have any issues with dirt or stains. The problem is the carpet still looks matted and old. My past experience with Dalworth carpet cleaning at one of my other properties was fresh and rejuvenated carpet after being cleaned. It would look fluffy and soft, and that carpet was 8 year old builder grade carpet.

I didn't get that feeling with the Zerorez cleaning. In fact the major difference I noticed when I came home from work was that the carpet was wet. It still looked matted. Is this normal?

The issue is cost. First of all is the trip charge of $10.00 is stupid. It might have been OK when th cost of gas was$4.00 but now it should be discontinued. The cost of $60.00 per room is again too high. My $99.00 job came to over $400.00. Great bait and switch job.
