I recommended you to a friend, and she paid about triple what I usually pay. I feel she was taken advantage of because she had never used a carpet service before. $320 for 2 rooms is ridiculous.
The clean look...taking away those nasty stains.
It was not clear what time someone would actually be here. By the first phone call I assumed since they were call ingredients between 145 and 2 that someone would be out soon after. It was 445 before someone was here and after it was done my carpets had to dry do we we really not able to do anything all evening in our home. Has they come earlier it would have been better.I was not offered an early appointment. the tile cleaning didn't get any of the grout stains out and apparently if the machine doesn't get it up then that's it. There's no hand work to try to get it cleaned. Glad I didn't pay to have more tile done because I was disappointed in what was done that was included in my package offer. The tech was nice aND courteous.

THe first use was 4 rooms for $130. I anticipated something in that ball park. I was told they would give me a quote on site. That quote was ~$500 for three rooms. There must be consistency and cost consideration as well as quality.

Professional. Carpets dry quickly but look and smell
clean.
Our carpet was mostly 12 year old burber and 5 year old deep pile. The aggatator they used to prepare the carpet was amazing and shocking!! It appeared as though I never vacuumed and I did on a regular basis! They also cleaned our kitchen tile and put a sealer on the grout with a 15 year guarantee. Having Zeororez come out was a stop gap measure before just removing the carpet. There was pet urine and pet blood stains from one being in heat. The cleaning results were amazing and has resulted in allowing us to get many more years out of our carpet. Thank you both very much by the way the men spent over three hours without complaining. Of course our original estimate of approximately $126.00 we ended up at a total of $399.00. Well worth every penny!! Much cheaper than new carpet!
Did a great job; quick; painless; great customer service
I was disappointed that the tech couldn't use the equipment with the rack and had to manual rack the carpets. The breaker kept tripping. There are plugs that could be used to resolve that in the home.
In addition the masterbedroom carpet still has a path and I think should be re-done
Clean Carpets!!
1 - There is a number of stains that remained. I will be calling a different carpet cleaning service to handle them
2 - I was not aware of the $50 per room charge to move even the few items on the floor.
3 - ridiculous comment tech could not move a small toy piano that we bought for my 8 yr old because it was considered 'electronic'
4 - once we paid the fee to move the items in the rooms carpet still was not cleaned in the room corners.
When I originally scheduled my appointment, I requested the first morning appointment. The scheduler looked for a day when that could be assured. She said 8:30 am, and I prepared for an 8:30 am arrival. The technicians did not arrive at 8:30, nor 9:30, nor 10:30. When I called to see when they would arrive, I was told 11:30. In fact, the technicians arrived after 12:30 pm. The entire process ruined a whole day for me. My morning was wasted waiting for the technicians, and my afternoon was taken by the process. I do not like waiting. While the men did a good job cleaning, were polite, quiet, and went about their work, I was not happy at all about the delay. Therefore, I might not recommend Zerorez to others.

Charge me correctly so that I do not have to call back the next day and get a credit for being
overcharged for services. But, when I did call back in - I spoke with Crystal who was extremely
friendly and helpful - she is a great person to have on your team. Crystal gets an A+ for all her
efforts. Crystal adjusted my bill and got the refund check set to be mailed. Whoever I spoke
with in the beginning - scheduling the call did a good job also. My son worked with the Rep - Keith
and he said he was nice. Overall I will recommend - but it is important to charge your customers correctly when you come out and complete a service. Carpets look great! thank you!
