They are green, no toxic chemicals.
The service person was polite and although informing me of additional options, was not pushy.
The associate spent 10 minutes cleaning my bedroom hall and living room. The carpets were still wet 12 hours later even with fans blowing. He was in such a hurry that obviously didn't even suck any of the water back out of the carpet. When I saw him in my living room, he was going over the carpet so fast that I thought he was just vacuuming. What a waste of money. I was going to have him do 4 rooms but he said he couldn't change what was already in the system.
The products work. Miguel and Shawn were terrific!
Don't know if I would recommend because this was a revisit, but they technician was nice and did a very good job. I can see no traces of the stains he came out to work on.
I'm not too familiar wih carpet cleaning services, but after the team left and the carpet dryed, I had 5 large stains left. I pointed a few out before and described what they were, but I think they forgot and only worked on a few. Unless I specifically pointed out the stains multiple times the basic cleaning did not lift too much. They guys were nice, but maybe since it was the last job they were rushed, idk.
A guy came out a few weeks later and completely lifted all the stains with his methods. Next time I would have to keep an eye on the job to make sure they work the bad areas more.

Thorough, dries quickly, attendant alert to requests and pointing out specific spots, friendly representative.
The efficiency of the cleaning team, their product knowledge and the fresh smelling house. Some stains remained but not sure if they'd come out or not.
The spots normal dirt did not get fully removed and appear to be coming back. I don't believe enough attention was given to pretreatment nor enough protective coating was put on the carpet. In the past I have been totally satisfied.

Perhaps the technician should go over all the areas before he is completely done to make sure all the areas(spots)were taken care of.

The educated, professional service and the fact that the products do not contain chemicals or leave behind harmful residue for children or pets.
Our service technician was very nice. He got out a coffee stain I couldn't get out even with lots of scrubbing. When the tornado sirens went off he unlatched the hoses and had to stop working for over half an hour. He was at our home much much longer than anticipated thanks to the bad weather but didn't complain once and didn't Rush in finishing the job. I was throughly impressed with our service and would call zero Rez again.
Very fast and very efficient. I like that you use minimal chemicals. However, for laminate flooring I would suggest that you move to a vinegar/water mixture. It works very well and is generally recommended by most manufacturers as the preferred way to clean laminate. The use of the chemical to remove water and footprints left by workers is not good. I stopped the use when I saw it. Other than that, I would and will use Zerorez again. And, upselling was fairly professional and I was not offended by it at all.

The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM The service was not started till after 2:00 PM. The service was completed on Thursday. I called Friday around 4 PM and was told someone would be out to do another water extraction. As of 8:00 PM FRIDAY night the carpets are still damp AND no one called or showed up!
The technicians were great and did an excellent job. You need to improve your scheduling. No one wants to wait around for 2 hours! If you set a time, the person should be there.
