My carpet looked amazing, the service tech was friendly, efficient and thorough. And as your advertise, there did not seem to be any residue left in my carpet.

more disclosure of additional costs - pet treatment - at time of making appointment. I was quoted approx $230 before overall discount without mention of pet treatment. then all of a sudden the cost was double. also not sure i received the overall discount. the treatment was well done and had good results.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpets always look very good after they are cleaned even the ones that are over 10years old. The technicians are always very helpful and professional. We have only used Zerorez since we tried them several years ago.

The technician was not in a hurry to complete the cleaning of our carpets and explained all the processes of the treatment. He took pride in what he was doing and listened to our concerns with the cleaning procedure.

We have now been waiting 8 days for Leah to get back with us regarding her solution for the two carpet cleanings that made our carpet worse. We've left messages. Please have her call me.

When the services left my house they failed to inform me that my carpets would be damp for 2 full days after the service. As well the bedroom at the back of the house was the most wet out of all the rooms. I had a service done on a Thursday afternoon and the gentlemen were very nice and professional but I just don't feel my floors are clean. Like I said it took 2 full days for my carpet to dry and during that time span it smelt like mildew and was very musty. I honestly feel like my carpets are worse than before and am waiting until I get paid to get them cleaned professionally again, even though I was told I only need to do this process once a year by the representative who serviced my house. I appreciate the professionalism that was displayed by the workers but I do not feel that the cleaning was complete.

It is great to have sparkling clean carpet and tile with no chemicals. Kyle did a great job and got out all the stains! Love how clean and fresh the house smells! Just awesome!!!

Your customer service rep who came in and completed our carpets was polite, courteous, cared about the quality of his work and sought immediate feedback to ensure we were happy. It was after 9:30 pm before he left our house and he was still in a good mood and focused on doing a good job not just getting home.

You didn't. I am just not into recommending services. I was able to get out a couple stains with my home cleaner, that my service technician did not get out. But he was very nice and accomodating, and willing to work with my needs.
