Have used Zerorez several times over the years, like that soaps are not used. This time we had a room heavily soiled with pet stains. The pet treatment process took out the stain and most importantly the odor. Excellent product. The consultant on site worked with us to develop a plan that worked within our budget.

My scheduled time kept getting pushed back. I got about 3-4 calls that kept adding more time for when they would come out and then I had to reschedule because I had plans in the evening. Then they sent someone that did not have the tools to fix the carpet and again I had to wait.

My 10 year carpet looks and feels great.
The tech was very nice and the carpets cleaned well. Will be curious to see if the reappearance of spots happen. The reason I did not rate higher is because I had 2 corners that I had to touch up paint last night because the hoses rubbed it. My previous cleaner used corner protectors which save me this damage. Lucky we had recently done a project and I had the paint on hand.

Our technician, Gabriel, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and that his work was representative of Zerorez advertising. I have had previous experiences with Zerorez, and I wasn't overly pleased with the results. Gabriel was so awesome that I will for sure call you again. In fact, I'll most likely contact you for tile cleaning and possibly duct cleaning.
