I ended up getting all my tile cleaned and a pet treatment and it was very expensive.. Over $500 for just a 2300 sq ft house. Most people can't afford something so expensive.

The process did not whiten the grout in all places like I had hope. For the cost I was hoping there would be better results.

Have more flexibility on special pricing when the home doesn't have as many carpeted rooms. Our services took less time than a 4 room, 100 Sq ft of tile job, but cost more.

No soapy residue in my carpets therefore they stay looking cleaner longer. Very little moisture in the carpet after the service is complete.

I like that Zerorez does not use anything but water to clean the carpets. I also like how thoroughly the carpets were cleaned.

Lots of interface prior to the appointment. Real pros came to do the work. They were excellent in every way.

The scheduling was the main issue. I was assigned to be the "2nd" appointment of the day but as of 1:30 I still wasn't sure when the tech would be at my home. I had to be available almost all day and then had to reschedule for the next day. I was scheduled again for the 2nd appointment of the day and it was after noon before the tech finally arrived. He did an excellent job and I was satisfied with his work. You just need to do a better job of scheduling and not expect customers to wait around all day. Anything more than a 2 hour window for the appointment is unacceptable.

Removed stains . Takes a long time to dry though, more than 20 hours in some rooms

4 hours later than projected. Ruined an anniversary night. Tech was exceptional but the timing RUINED an evening.

My service man was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable about his products. I was disappointed that after drying the carpet still has a urine smell.

My 20 year old carpet looks brand new. I hated to walk on it afterwards. Service was well done and technician was very courteous.

Did a great job. Worked very hard to get it right. Had to come back the next day due to a broken hose, so he cleaned some extra tile for me.

It's a great clean, but it's also the people you hire that make a difference. We have dogs, so we've had 6 or 7 cleanings from Zerorez and have yet to meet someone who was nice, extra helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Not to mention they get our carpets super clean!

Twice I have used your service, both times the carpet looks great wet, but when it dries some of the stains are still there. Also twice the service tech tried to charge more than what is quoted over the phone. The promo for a gift card to the steak house,,BOTH TIMES the tech left without giving it to me.
