What do you like about our products and services?

The staff is very friendly. Tyrone was courteous and did a very good job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM The service was not started till after 2:00 PM. The service was completed on Thursday. I called Friday around 4 PM and was told someone would be out to do another water extraction. As of 8:00 PM FRIDAY night the carpets are still damp AND no one called or showed up!

What could we do to improve?

The technicians were great and did an excellent job. You need to improve your scheduling. No one wants to wait around for 2 hours! If you set a time, the person should be there.

He didn't complete the job. Highgloss sealant was left in big patches. Have another guy coming tomorrow from ZeroRes to fix it

I was so very pleased with the work of the associate who came to my home. I have used your services before, but my carpet has never been so clean! Kudos to him. Please thank him again for me.

The service providers were very nice and fast. Did a great job getting the carpet smelling fresh and looking clean. I will say that 4 hours is not a realistic drying time to tell people. Our carpet was still damp after 24 hours and we even had an industrial fan circulating air for over 8 hours.

This technician did not leave the carpet wet. It should "quick dry" He worked very hard. He was able to get stains out of the carpet that I doubted that they would come clean.
This is a rent house. He did an excellent job.

I was dissointed in the scheduling. I asked for a morning service. I received a 4:30 slot. The woman in the scheduling office did get me a 2:30 slot later. In the day.
