Your company cleaned my carpets better than any other company without using the harsh chemicals that other companies use. Your technician was wonderfully friendly and thorough. I felt like he wanted to do his best job, and didn't feel pressured to spend more than I wanted to in order to get the job done well.

My carpets were wetter than I thought they should be. The technician said 4-8 hours, and I ran my fans a day and a half and had the A/C on to get the humidity out of the air. I also had the kitchen tile cleaned, the tile was okay, but was disappointed that the grout wasn't cleaner. I paid extra to have it sealed which means that the stains are sealed in the grout now. Not too sure if I'll use you again.
I was amazed at how cleam Zerore made my carpets.I have used numerous cleaning companies and this is by far the best ever. For anyone who needs carpets cleaned Zerorez is the best. The young man who cleaned my carpets was friendly,courteous and knowledgable.

The technician that came to clean my carpets/tile was very professional. He let me know what he was doing with each new step. Wanted to be sure I was satisfied and he went over and above what I expected.
When my area rug was delivered back to me the 2 men who brought it were friendly and professional. They had to move a heavy dining room table. Put the rug down and move it a few times to get it in place. One of them said, "we'll do what it takes to make sure you are happy."
I will definitely be calling again for all my carpet and tile cleaning needs.

$250 estimate turned into a $550 order ... once you got on-site ... you had me over a barrel, at this that is the way i felt about it ... won't use you again
found out once you got on-site that my stairs would cost $140 ...... outrageous
Your advertisement of water only isn't right. Once the technician is at your house, anything they do beyond running the equipment over the carpeting is extra - and upwards of $60. What any other carpet cleaning business would do as part of the cleaning, you charge extra.

The technician left a lot of small stains. It didn't look professional. I believe that if he would have taken his time, our carpet would look much cleaner. I submitted pictures to the representative I spoke with, Lamisha. I'm looking forward to our redo.

I really liked the tile cleaning, it got my kitchen grout clean. The carpet is much cleaner but at 13 years old it won't ever look new again. I am satisfied with my cleaning and will use Zerorez again. Thank you.

The technician was not in a uniform, which was concerning. He took my cushions out of my apartment for the cleaning, and then there were not any forms to sign. Very unprofessional.
Without exception, you are at least 30-1.5 hours late (past the 5 hour window you gave me) to every carpet cleaning you have ever done for me - this is unacceptable. And, most of the time, there is no phone call telling me you will be late. Your guys arrived at my house at 7:30 pm. My appointment time was between 1:30-6:00 pm. The technicians always do a great job but your promptness, follow up and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired.
