The service technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpet. He was prompt, clean and efficient.

Help staff to understand things happen "beds may get broken", but be honest to coustmers. Let the coustermer know what happen. And, give staff the reassance that just because something happiness dose not mean that someone will lose their job. We all need our jobs today

The cleaning product doesn't stink and the Representatives were very courteous and honest. Part of the stain is still there, but you Team set proper expectations in advance of the service.

Enviromentally friendly products & great customer service! Our tech was prompt, courteous, and even educated us on the use of your products & services. And, when he was done, the carpet looked great!
They seem to work and were handled in a professional manner from scheduling to the actual work.
i requested the first appt in the morning and your company called back with a afternoon appt. So I had to reschedule for another day. I asked for the first appointment again and was later told it would be a 11:00- 1:00 appointment. I went ahead and told them that would be fine, rescheduled my day and then was called back at 10 saying they were on their way.
The associate who came to my house was VERY helpful, explained my options and why he was recommending them...he helped me get my entire deposit back on my rental house! Will definitely be using zerorez again.
Rick was fantastic. The patch-job he did on my carpet was exceptional. He's a very professional guy and I would call him anytime to help me out with any carpet related issues. Very, very satisfied.

You gave false advertisement regarding the Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse Gift Card. No where in the email does it state that only the first 200 customers gets this and on top of this I had to specifically mention the 20% off on the entire bill which was the promostion I had signed up for.

I liked the communication about when the service would be provided. The men were smart, energetic and positive. They knew what they were doing. They communicated without any hesitation. When I say men, I'm really referring to the 'leader.' The other man was very nice but nothing like the lead man.
Not try to upsale the services that were asked for originally. It makes your company seem shady. It's great to walk around with the black light and all but I clearly didn't have a huge problem with pet stains yet it was like you were looking for something to sell me on. $60 per room to spray a chemical on my floor seems excessive. Especially when I don't like chemicals which is why I chose you in the first place. Then there was the stain guard routine. Just come clean my carpets and I'll use you again …simple. Everyone's happy! Let's don't try to upsale the job! Just come do a good job and get my repeat and referral business. simple.

The first call to schedule took a few days. Also, I had issues with the originally scheduled appointment and it had to be rescheduled.
Simplicity of application, not a lot of equipment in the home.
Product is excellent, cleans well and dries fast.
