Get your people on the same page. Call to confirmed my appointment and was told I had a day time appointment when I really had a afternoon appointment. Waited all morning for nothing. Had to call customer service twice to find out what time someone was going to show up
The guys who came were excellent: kind, informative, and wonderful. The work was well done, but I hVe had another carpet cleaner who got out spots ZeroRez could not do - for a similar price. I will use my other carpet cleaner from now on. I'm glad I tried ZeroRez but I will use my previous company.

I had left numerous voice mails to reschedule the appointment bc the time I was given via vm the day prior didn't work for us. My daughter had an end of year school play. The guy came anyway so I let him go ahead and clean the rug but I think bc he knew we had to leave soon he may have rushed the cleaning of the rug. It doesn't seem to be too clean nor smell clean. Not sure what cleaning products you use but I really can only tell a little that it was cleaned. It looks as if I just took it outside and shook it out. Thank you.
Narrow the windows of time that you will arrive. Keep to those times
Robert, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated his willingness to "attack" some of our more stubborn carpet stains!
The representative that came to my home was respectful and courteous. I like the fact that there were no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpets.
The young man that serviced the appointment was wonderful. He suggested things to help spots and issues and took care of them.
The technician was very nice, but it had been several years since I had used your service and I was disappointed to notice the odor this time, as I had not noticed last time. Also the dry time was longer. But the carpet looks nice, but the odor was noticeable and I worried about the dog being bothered about the odor and the wetness for a loner period.
Scheduling needs improvement. I was told the appointment would be during their morning session between 8:30am-1:30pm. I had to call twice to get updates and they assured me the driver would call me while in route to our home. I never received a phone call. They finally arrived at 1:40pm. It was a real inconvenience. Had we known they were coming during the afternoon session, we could of left our home during the morning to handle other errands but essentially waited at home all day.

The tech was very courteous and helpful. He asked questions about how we liked the job he performed several times. He did a very good job getting most of our carpet stains out and making our carpet look new again. The tech asked me to inspect and informed me of any stains that were not possible to remove. Also did a good job getting our kitchen tile grout cleaned and looking new again. Thanks Zerorez!

Carpets very clean, dried fast and technician, Alicia was very good at her job.
We never received a narrowed down time for our cleaning, only between 1-6. We finally called and were told by the customer service rep that the technician was on his way 2 or 3 times, but the rechnician did not arrive unti 5pm. There was only one tech, so it went slowly. He was fine, but if there were 2 man crews, it would be a smoother process.
I had to have a re-do. The second technician was fantastic and did what should have been done the first time. Alicia is her name and she should be honored by the company for her professional attitude and great work on the job. She used equipment on our porcelain tile and grout that had not been used the first time--maybe that's why I had to have a re-do.
Call the client when the technician is delayed. I had zero communication from Zerorez the day of my service.

Great service, pricing and communication/on time.
Very poor communication. Tech showed up late, outside of the given timeframe. I requested a morning appointment, which I was told that I had, but the tech showed up about a quarter before 2 PM, and I was told that this is still considered morning. I also cancelled some of the requested service, due to being put in a time crunch, but was still billed for this, and no one has responded to my request to credit my invoice
Seem to keep the carpet clean longer.
This is my first time to use your services. The young man that came to my home was very pleasant, friendly and explained what and why he was doing something. He was very efficient and down to business. The carpet for being 15 yrs old looks great.
