Tech arrived much earlier than expected. I'm used to an appointment scheduled between 11-1:30 and the arrival being closer to 1:30 not 11. The tech was polite and swift working. His work outcome was more than I hoped for.
My carpet feels and smells great. I don't think it's necessary to show me the dirt that came out of my carpet. I also paid for my sofa's to be cleaned which they did a good job but did not get out all spots.
You were able to successfully remove some stains from an ink pen but the high traffic areas still look dirty. I know those are difficult areas but thought I would get better results!!!
I like the greenness of it. It is important to me that we don't keep adding more chemicals to the Earth. I have used Zerorez in the past and I will continue to call on Zerorez for any future carpet, upholstery or tile cleaning.

I have already bragging on how efficient my service guy was. He answered all questions and did a thorough job.
Job well done. Older carpet looks better than we expected. I used before and would recommend again.
A few spots were gone when they left, but after the carpets fully dried, the spots came back.

I was told that y'all moved furniture only to find out only up to 50 lbs what furniture ways less than that also I thought the guys did a good job but your price after you got there was way to high another 100. Bucks and I could have replaced the carpet. I'm not saying they didn't do a good job they did just wasn't expecting it to be so expensive

The service is wonderful. The technician, Alicia was on time, very informative, went over everything that was to be done and professionally and satisfactoraly got the job done. The carpet is clean, fresh looking and brighter. There's no residue on the carpet and I just love waking up to fresh, clean carpet. Just to look the whole house done makes me smile. We have two small dogs. What I really commend technician Alicia on is the handling of two pet stains an eye sore. She went about business and bam, stains are gone, carpet is done. I have used Zerorez before and I just won't use anyone else because I don't want problems and a headache. I'm satisfied with zerorez.

Very pleased with results. I didn't receive the 20% June discount as advertised by KLUV, but I assume it was figured in the room rate pricing and overall bill.

My carpet had pet issues n the tech gave us the basic option which would not help and not recommended--then he gave us 2 other options. Short story I paid over $200 for basically one room and my carpets smell much better but it feels like some thick matter was left on it. Thought maybe we just needed to vacuum but have done that many many times. Not happy,

Our tech was fabulous!!! I wish I knew his name. He made our carpets look brand new. We usually get our carpets cleaned by Zero Rez every six months, but this time they looked horrible. Thank you fablous tech for making us feel like we were the only home on your agenda!!! We love our carpets again!
We are pleased with the service. A little surprised that the man didn't arrive until after 7:00 pm. I called about 6:00 to see if he was still coming.i think a call when it looked looks it would be later than the window given would have been a way to improve.
