We are severely disappointed in how you handled your internal mess-up yesterday regarding our requested service and nearly doubling in cost. I stated three times to the customer service agent which areas we needed cleaned in our home on 5216 Timber Creek Rd in Flower Mound. The first time I noted the rooms that needed cleaning were mentioned on the initial phone call last week. Then, immediately after she called me back and confirmed these areas by dimensions noting it would be closer to $110 in cost but that the tech would confirm with us before he proceeded with work. Then on Tuesday, the day of service, we spoke again regarding the two areas. She even asked this third time for the dimensions because she wanted to know what tech to send out. I am very fortunate I was able to personally arrive at the home to check-in on the service being taken place. The tech never called me directly as we were told and quote the fee. He wanted to clean all flooring in the house which was NEVER noted. He said he confirmed this with your customer service rep. Additionally, the home has entire new flooring minus the two areas we needed him to clean. We do not need brand new flooring cleaned. I had him stop which he had already cleaned most of the entire first floor. Then the final bill was given and over the "near $110" quote we were provided. You threw your own customer service rep under the bus and said she was new but you cannot blame others for your faults. It's a bad business call to blame it on someone else. We paid the full amount of $179.14 however this will be the last. What you should have done is charged us the original quote and all would have been fixed because that is what we were quoted. However when you charge someone for something they never even wanted you to do, plus don't have the knowledge to correctly fix the problem, only means we are the ones who made the bad decision. Our next job was set-up for us to schedule your service again here within the next week, as we have used your service two other times in the past, however you have once again disappointed. With all that said, the carpet and tile area we needed serviced did not come out as we had hoped and still appear dirty.
We are severely disappointed and hope you can change your practice for others as you have lost this customer.

Pet smell was not adequately removed. will have to find another way to do this in the future. Technician was fine.
Promptness of arrival, staff very nice However not sure the protection that was put on after cleaning is doing what I was shown. Water does not bead up on carpet, so the extra cost I don't think worth it.
The service was excellent. Mr. Foster was very personable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Zerorex.
My carpet doesn't look any better then it did before it was cleaned. You have scheduled to come re-clean it tomorrow so I will see then what it looks like. This is the worst cleaning I've ever gotten from you all.

when setting up appointments you need to be clear on the time the tech will arrive. I called to confirm my appointment on 5/22 and no one picked up the phone and I was on hold for 10 minutes, then I kept calling and calling so I could find out my time, because I had request early morning, no one ever answer, or I could not even leave a message, then you all call me Memorial Day to confirm, however, I was not near my phone and a guy left a message that he was calling to confirm my appoitment but did not leave a time, then I called back and you were all closed, since it was memorial day, so why call me on a holiday to confirm and then I try to call back and can't talk to no one, so I had no idea what time your tech was going to arrive on 5/26. I had to rush to drop off my daugheter to school 30 minutes away and come back before 8:00am,

The technician that came to clean our carpets and stretch them was very helpful and provided us the service we needed. He did a great job!
Slow down a little
I was very impressed with actual cleaning of the rug, but not with the scheduling of the appointment and the information I received prior to my appointment

Roy Alltop came to our house after the first guy named Autin did not clean the carpet the right way. I will use your company again only because of Roy. He was very nice and our carpet looks great. Thank you for sending he out to complete the job.
