This time your office/phone staff were rude and seemed to not be very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I think you should impress upon these people they are selling a product and need to act accordingly. This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez. First time was great. This time not so much so.

What can I say about your service? I can not believe that my carpet could look so beautiful and clean. The job that Justin Watts did was great. It was good and fast. I have been sick so now I will be able to enjoy my beautiful carpet. Thanks to Justin that I can enjoy my home now. I will highly recommend you and your service to any one that will listen. Our stain is not as visible but still shows. From the advertisements on KLTY I expected the stain to be less visible, it was a red stain so I might have been expecting a lot. The rest of the service was great
Tommy our technician was polite, explained what he was doing and really did a good job on a very large job. We have received several comments on how nice the carpet looks now

I left work early to be sure that I would be closer to home should the call come in for the half hour window. At 6:45 I called Zerorez to see what was up as I had not heard from them. They transferred me to dispatch and I was told he would be coming and might be as late as 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. I was also told I would be given a discount due to the late arrival. I was not given that discount. I was also told the cleaning would take 1.5 hours and when it took less than 1 hour from the time he arrived to leaving I had to wonder if he did a hasty job as it was so late? My carpet is clean and your service person was very nice. I just wonder if i was short changed? Thank you.

Late showing up with no call to let us know. We had plans for the evening but had to cancel due to you not showing until 6pm. Call your customers when you are going to be late. We were scheduled for 1! You can also read my message placed on FB the day you cleaned my carpets. I'm satisfied with your work but you seem to have poor customer service.

The technician was very thorough, polite and professional. And the carpets, tile and couch look wonderful, smell fresh and I can tell the difference between other traditional carpet cleanings - no fragrance, just fresh!

the service guys are always very nice and do a great job which is why your score is as high as it is.
but this is the second time i've had a major scheduling issue. i was told my window was 830-12. i never got a confirmation call so i called that morning to be sure they were still coming and the person who looked it up said they were. i called again at 1130 because i still hadnt gotten the call that someone was on their way and that person said that i was in the second half window which actually goes up until 130 and that i should have been told that during the confirmation call the day before. not only did i not get the confirmation call but the first person i spoke to that morning didnt mention a word or correct me when i said 830-12. so i spent more than half my day waiting for this appointment before i was able to start work or leave my house at 230.
additionally the service guy was going to leave and i had to remind him about the tile clean that was included. my neighbor used yall last week and had the same issue. she was supposed to get the tile clean but didnt and she didnt remember until her tech had already left.
this is also the second time that i was supposed to get a $50 restaurant gift card but havent so i'm now short $100 total that i'm guessing y'all hope people won't remember either?
