What to do to make things right? I'm not sure that there is anything you can do...it may just be that the stains are permanent or that the process that you use is not the best approach for the stains. However, thank you for asking.

Kyle Rogers cleaned my carpet on 05/27/2015 and missed two spots in one of the rooms we discussed needed to be cleaned. Called and made an appointment for June 3rd and specifically requested Kyle to come back and clean those two spots. At 8:30am I get a call that the technician's truck broke down and would work me in for the day. A Zerorez technician shows up and wants to charge me $160 to clean the two spots that I had paid to be cleaned already. I asked him to leave and called Zerorez and spoke to Lamisha, the supervisor, who told me would call back the next day to add me to Kyle's schedule. I'm still waiting.......no call. I had the offer for 100 ft of tile free so I had her do the master bathroom. I went to use the facilities approx. 5 hours later and almost fell because of the large puddle of water around the toilet. I had to get a mop to get it all up. I am very pleased with your carpet cleaning, but over the years I have had tile cleaned and have never really been impressed with this service.

The scheduling seemed to be a problem- our guy was 1 1/2 hrs late because he had to drive long distances between jobs, and those jobs ended up taking longer than they should have (not his fault!).

Provide a option for number of rooms cleaned. I only had three rooms of carpet that needed to be cleaned but I had to pay for four.
