When the service technician was running behind, I received two calls from Customer Service keeping me apprised of his change in schedule. I appreciated their follow up so I wasn't left sitting and wondering where he was. When he did arrive, he evaluated the work that needed to be done, and provided me with the pricing based on the services required. He spend almost 4 hours performing the work and was thorough and professional throughout the process. The service, while expensive, was well worth the money. The results were far beyond our expectations and we were very pleased with the company and especially the technician who took his time to do the job right.
I had a spot treated and it's still there!

The products smelled clean and dried extremely quick and our carpet looked like the day we moved in eight years ago. Our home is up for sale and we've received compliments on our lovely off-white carpet. The service man was very polite and kept himself busy at work. He did an exceptional job!! Thank you Zerorez!!

Friendly staff; efficient but detailed with the cleaning
the no residue. the carpets dry nice to the touch. I also really liked Darwin who came to my house. He was very honest and courteous and did an extremely great job. I'd use him again.
