No chemicals used. Friendly professional staff
My carpet had pet issues n the tech gave us the basic option which would not help and not recommended--then he gave us 2 other options. Short story I paid over $200 for basically one room and my carpets smell much better but it feels like some thick matter was left on it. Thought maybe we just needed to vacuum but have done that many many times. Not happy,

Our tech was fabulous!!! I wish I knew his name. He made our carpets look brand new. We usually get our carpets cleaned by Zero Rez every six months, but this time they looked horrible. Thank you fablous tech for making us feel like we were the only home on your agenda!!! We love our carpets again!
We are pleased with the service. A little surprised that the man didn't arrive until after 7:00 pm. I called about 6:00 to see if he was still coming.i think a call when it looked looks it would be later than the window given would have been a way to improve.

We had scheduled cleaning of our kitchen tile. Your tech, Caesar, looked at our floor and said he wasn't sure it would come clean. It cleaned a small area as a demonstration. The grout did not come clean so he said there would be not charge. That is great customer service and integrity on your part. Even though we were not able to use you this time, we will be calling you when we need our carpets cleaned. Thank you.
My house smells like bleach. I was told you only use water no chemicals.
Explain your offers better, provide the technicians with all of the details of the deal that you signed up for.

My carpets always come out looking very nice. The only thing different I noticed this time was a strong "bleach" odor. I was told that was the special water. It's been 4 days now and I can still smell it although it is not super strong. Would like to know what it really is.

We had moved our frig out of the way so tile could be done to fix bad spill underneath. I wish I'd been asked if I wanted it moved back before they finished because I wouldn't have ended up with a big square in my kitchen that didn't get cleaned. Unfortunate entry stain couldn't get picked up when I've seen Zerorez get years old chocolate milk stains out that never returned.
Improved look and feel of carpet, concentration on problem areas as needed, carpet dried quickly after cleaning.
Technician Nicholas Wilfon was pleasant, cooperative, and knowledgable of Zerorez process and equipment.
Very pleased with results. I didn't receive the 20% June discount as advertised by KLUV, but I assume it was figured in the room rate pricing and overall bill.
