The following morning when I started to put back the furniture, after moving the couch there were 4 spots where the couch had been. They are supposed to come out tomorrow to fix it. So asked me again in a week.
Fabian did a fantastic job was very professional and missed no details thank you very much.

I was disappointed in 1) initial call to make appointment - was on hold quite awhile 2) didn't call to confirm 24-48 hours in advance as indicated you would in email - I had to make the call. Also, the tech was running late - but I didn't receive a call to let me know the status. The tech we had was terrific. He saved the day for you. He was friendly and knowledgable. Think his name was Demetrius. I also felt he did a great job and was very happy with the cleaning.
When I called I asked about getting my carpet cleaned I told you I would need certain areas cleaned because I had dogs. I told you specifically I had spots because My dog was a puppy when I got her.You gave me one price of $142.00 not including my hallways which was $2.00 a foot extra .I was alright with that. I asked If everything included you said yes. When they cleaned my carpet I was charged extra for for the pet stains. I called and talked to someone about it and got no where about the price I was charged My total was $245.00 By the way the person I talked to the first time when I made my appointment was Crystal. I was very disappointed in your business matter . You quoted me one price and charged me a different price. You can make it right by charging me the $142.00 and giving me my money back the difference of$100.00
If your technician will be past the appointment window, a courtesy call would be appreciated.
I have used zerorez two time. The second time, the rep was better. He explained more and did more work. The carpet twisting thing was used the first time the second time. That really made a difference.

I am usually most impressed with the gentlemen who come to clean the carpet and tile. They want to make sure you are pleased with their work. Tommy Mason was wonderful. He is an "old school worker". This means he takes pride in his work and he wants to the best job possible the FIRST time. I love people with attention to detail and that is Tommy.
Customer Service: I was a returning customer and received emails with 20% off and then one for $25.00 off. The gentleman I spoke with was very good and helped me with my request. I called back the next day when I received the $25.00 off and he quoted me a price. I had to reschedule my cleaning due to the repairmen still working in my house and everytime everyone was nice. The day of cleaning, the gentleman who came to clean stated the cost and it was higher than I was told. I had left my cell phone at work, so I could not show him my emails and quotes... He was kind enought to call the office and let me speak with a woman who didn't listen well, over talked when I was talking and said that my offers were not good and that there was a minimun of 4 rooms which was never discussed when I scheduled. I told them I wanted the same service that I had the last time. I was frustrated and the worman's customer service was not what it should have been... She said that she would have soemone call me the next day and they never did.
The product you have is amazing, but you need to work on the customer service issue (I have been in customer service all my life). I was a huge fan of your company and told everyone for two years how anazing your company was and now I am not as enthusiastic as before thanks to the custmer service I received...
Workmen both times were polite, professional and hard workers. That is something your company has done right ~ hiring employees who care about their work.

Aaron was great, he got there and just got to work and did a great job,,,,,,,He was very professional and polite.
Extremely professional and competent technician.
Zerorez has also done a great job cleaning our carpets, and they stay cleaner longer.

The service was exeptional
Communication was lacking. I did not receive a call regarding time of arrival, so I called the office the day before service. On the day of service, I did not receive a call during the arranged time to notify me of estimated time of arrival. When I called, I was given a window of 11-2, though I had been promised a morning time. The dispatcher confirmed the technician was on his way but then I received a call a few minutes later stating it would be 30 minutes. The technician had not received the information that we were to be given a restaurant gift card as part of the promotional deal we signed up for.

The house had such a clean smell after Brad finished the three rooms. He got out so much dog hair!! We'd had the carpet cleaned about a year and a half ago and NO dog hair ever came up. I will always use Zerorez. I have three grand babies and I want them crawling on a clean non-chemically treated floor. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!! I give Brad a 12! He was very informative and gracious. Raving fan customer service!
