It was fast and appears to have really cleaned the carpet

It may just be the age of our carpets, but we still have spots that I assumed would be removed.

You did not remove dirt and grime as well as you claim.
The guy did not move two end tables (not what I would call heavy for a guy) that I requested he move before cleaning. Also looked like he used or dumped something into one of my toilets and did not flush it.

The technician was able to remove some stains very well. He was extremely polite and worked hard. He answered all the questions I had. I would request him the next time I have my carpets cleaned. His name was Robert.

Friendly service. Just didn't like the smell afterward. Didn't smell clean but looked clean.

The young man who came out here was pleasant and fast. He did a good job on the carpet but not perfect. There was a spot that didn't get clean that I had pointed out to him. But the other thing that didn't go right is that he broke a tile on the edge of the master bath floor that was next to bedroom carpet. We will have to get it replaced. This has never happened before.

One more thing that I didn't like. Your radio ad says other carpet cleaning companies barrage you with offers of services and products to get you to spend more money, but zerorez doesn't do that. Oh, yes you do! He wanted, for $30 extra to have some spray put down so the dirt would come up more easily when I vacuum. Like a fool, I said okay. I will never do that again.

Those are the things that didn't go well. Everything else was okay.

Darwin (Harrison) was very prompt and professional. He explained the products/services and benefits of each. He did a great job on our rug. It looks brand new. He called to let us know his ETA, which we greatly appreciate since we have a dog to put up. We want him again when we have our tile/grout cleaned.

liked that no detergent was used--so dirt will not be attracted to carpet. The they got some bas spots out of my carpet.

After sub- par service ZeroRez sent out a second associate. This second technician performed a superior job and caused me to revise my opinion about the company. I would now use their services again.

Get a more powerful solution for the hard traffic areas

Robert was very helpful. He used the powerful vacuum to release the dirt and stains in the carpet. Despite our carpet being 17 years old and a mess, he made it look fantastic.

Your system cleaned the carpet better than any other company I have ever used. The carpet looked like it was just put down as in NEW.

Technician was rough on our house with the hoses,even after I asked her to please not pull the hose around the stair railing. And she tried to shut our front door with the deadbolt out.
