I am always impressed at how good my 17 year old carpet looks after cleaning and am impressed with the rep who does the cleaning. Always a nice person!!

I liked how friendly and professional Ricardo was. He worked hard to get rid of some stubborn stains. My carpets looked great when he was finished.
The technician was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing. Got a lot of cat hair out of the carpet. ButI paid significantly more than originally estimated because I was informed that for Zerorez "to stand behind your work", the additional treatment was needed to deal with the pet stains in my carpet. I said okay. As the carpet dried, the stains returned. So, I feel strongly that I was misled into paying several hundred dollars more for you to get the stains out and "stand behind your work" (a quote from your representative) when you did nothing to get the stains out and will probably not stand behind your work. Again I understood your representative to say that if I didn't pay the extra money for the extra treatment, you could not get the stains out. This was my 3rd time using Zerorez and it will be the last. I was misled. I can spend less and get a better result with another company. I suggest you change your advertising regarding dealing with pet stains because your statements are misleading at best. How can you "make things right", have a senior technician come to my home and take care of the stains-- a service for which I have already paid dearly.

I don't feel the service stood up to the claims made in your advertising. The representative said he could not get a dirt, oil stain out. I was able to get most of it up with a dawn soap hot water mix. Also said nothing he could do with high traffic area. I was very disappointed,after hearing the radio personality talk about how their carpet looked like new and removed all the stains.

Scheduling and customer service were a problem. Also, even though I inquired, I did not receive an offer to clean tile or a gift card to Brazilian Steak House, which is being advertised on radio and in flyers.

Your automated appointment confirmation gave me an INCORRECT 2 hour window for the arrival time of the technician. It told me (and I confirmed by pressing a "2" on the keypad) that my window was between 11:30am and 1:30pm on Saturday. When he didn't arrive or call by 1:30, I called the local Richardson TX phone number (the same number from which I received the automated appointment confirmation) and they told me my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 to 4:00pm instead. The technician finally showed up at 4:15pm. We wasted most of our Saturday waiting on the technician because of the inaccurate automated appointment confirmation.
Since your automated scheduler is inaccurate, I will not be using your service again.
I felt your over the phone customer service was excellent. I was unable to be here to deal directly with service professional however when I got home my carpets never looked better.

Protact the customer's lawn from the chemicals that are being used to clean carpet when the hoses are running across the lawn from your trucks/vans.
The ability to clean deep down with the machine that gets below the fibers. Knowledge of technician to repair and clean was impressive and efficent

The young man who came out was extremely professional, timely, and thorough! There were several spots that he was able to get out or at least get more presentable. The only thing I was hoping for that was not able to be done was to get the tile grout more to it's original state.
The technician was amazing, very informative, nice, fast, and professional. I was not very happy with the office. I was informed upon making my appointment I was recirve a call 48 hrs prior to schedule a time. When it became 48 hrs before my scheduled date and had not received a call. I called them, they told me they had not gotten to my name yet and would soon. The day before my schedule appointment by 3:00 I still have not been notified of my time window so again I had to call the office to get my time window. I feel as the customer I should not have to hunt down the office to be notified of my time when I was told they would call me.
