The staff is very friendly and helpful. When the technician was at my house, and called to recommend cleaning the tile, in addition to the carpet cleaning we already had scheduled, I didn't feel like he was being a salesman. He made me feel as if he was the homeowner making the decision, and discussed the benefits from that perspective. I felt very comfortable with him, and with adding the additional service. Thank you!

I liked everything about Zerorez....the technicians who came to our house were professional and thorough. I have recommended them to our neighbor and will do the same for anyone who is in need of having their carpets/floors cleaned.
The carpet is clean.
This is my first time to use your company and very dissatisfied in the results. Carpets took over 18 hours to dry and they are still dirty if not worse than before.

I was not disappointed per say, but even after spot treatments on dirt stains from our dog, the stains did not come out completely. Also, we were supposed to receive 20% off and when they ran our card they left off the discount. Thankfully I saw the error and they refunded us the discount. I should not have had to catch that, but they were nice when I called to have it fixed. So, overall the service was fine, just not top notch.
Not too much, but it would have been nice to have mentioned the free $50.00 credit at the restaurant. I had forgotten about the promotion.

One of our bedrooms had a small/ light object in front of the closet and was not moved to clean the carpet. Price of apolstry was not negotiated and felt I paid to much. Employee expressed frustration with previous comments about killing grass and does not seem to care killing ours as well. A piece of cardboard would do the trick. Thanks for the spot cleaning solution. Will order more soon!

Jessica(I'm pretty sure that was her name) was on time, understood I was on a budget and didn't push for "extras". She did take the time to explain what to expect. She had me check each room before she moved on to the next. Very happy over all!
