I was told by the employee from your company that the carpet would be dry in about four hours. Our living room was soaked I could feel it swish when I walked on it, it took over 1 day to dry and in some spots 1 1/2 days. We have excellent carpet that is very stain resistant it was very easy to clean now after Zerorez the carpet appears to stain much quicker. I moved furniture and vacuumed before your employees arrived I did my best to make the process the easiest for them. Our carpet was not very dirty but decided it was time for a thorough cleaning. I heard your commercials on KLUV and was convinced your product was the best. I'm very disappointed, I will not recommend your service to friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers. I do not have any complaints about the two employees from your company that were here to clean the carpet, they were good representatives for your company I'm just not pleased with the product.
I called on Wednesday and needed an appointment by Saturday and got an appointment on Friday. That is amazing service! The carpet and tile looks great and I love the Zerorez concept!
the cleaning job was very good; the cleaner was nice, informative, and worked hard
Tech was on-time, but never called to confirm the day before or the morning of. Had to call the main office several times to confirm the appointment was going to happen. After using the automated services, which weren't good, I was able to get a live person only after selecting "schedule a new appointment".
When the tech arrived I ask for one small area (2'x 2' and I'm being generous with that) be extracted due to a pet accident. He quoted me $85.00 just for that. The total service for the call was $125. Disappointed with him quoting $85.00 knowing how small the area is. I declined the additional service and ha him use the regular wand on the area. To add insult to injury--- He "promised" the stain would come back if I didn't use the service ($85) to clean it. Today--- No sign of the spot. In the end, I felt I he was trying to take advantage of me. Please feel free to call me if you would like additional details.
