I like this lady who did very nice job compare to a man we used last time for a different house. I almost decided to call a different carpet cleaning company this time, but I thought I will use Zerorez one more time. Luckily the lady did a wonderful job and cleaned every stain I pointed out. I will ask for her next time. Thank you.

I think it is great that you don't use any chemicals. The carpet feels clean when you touch it, not stiff like when detergents or cleaning fluids are used. The house smelled clean even without the use of chemicals, and the technician (Aaron) was very polite and professional.

High traffic areas didn't come as clean as I had hoped
Young man who cleaned my carpets was an irritant by banging into walls with the big blue hose; he was in a huge hurry to leave; he didn't bother to do the free tile cleaning saying that my kitchen was larger than 100 sq. ft but he didn't bother to ask about cleaning tile floor in either of my bathrooms. He didn't leave any footies for me to use either. Carpet in my bedroom took 20 hours to dry!
Regan the technician did a great job, carpets looked brand new, no lingering chemical odors. I was very pleased with everything.
My 10 y/o carpets come out sparkling (if carpets can sparkle) clean once your Technicians are finished. The entire house smells good and feels clean even pet (we have cats) stains are gone and other wear and tear stains acquired since the last cleaning.
PLEASE bring back the powdered spot cleaner kits you-all had in the past to use in-between cleanings!

Excellent customer service EVERY time and my carpet looks fantastic!
This is my fourth time to use your service and the second time I have had light and dark stripes left in my carpet. The carpet is a light cream color and the water jets have left it with light and dark stripes. on my last service the same thing happen and a supervisor or more experienced technician came back out and easily corrected the problem. I brought this to the attention of this technician and he said not a problem he knew how to avoid the problem. Before he left the stripes where evident and he assured me they would dry. Didn't happen and they are still there. Looks like this should be a non issue that training could resolve.
