Excellent, friendly service. Cleaning is excellent.
We had to ask the technician to go over some spots again until they were clean. The spots came right out, but we shouldn't have had to ask. Since then we found a couple more that could have been done better. It was the end of the morning shift, and I think he was in a rush to finish. We only had the family room and hall, and he was in and out pretty quickly.
The young man was on time and pleasant. We are happy with the results.
the two young men were very polite and professional but, I had already discussed what my amount to clean the 4 rooms would be when I called to schedule a cleaning. He came up with a much higher price and I felt like I was being ripped off. He tried to tell me that he was giving me 40% off the price which was about $50 dollars higher then I was quoted when I made my appt. It would be much better if the workers are informed of the price the customer and the agent agreed upon before the cleaning occurs. Thank you

ON time and affordable as long as you don't allow them to add on all the other treatments.
I love the way the carpet smells after our carpets were cleaned. We have a puppy that has had quite a few accidents on the carpet and after the tech with Zerorez finished, the smell was gone. I am very pleased.
