Green and no residue
I like not having residue in the carpeting. They stay cleaner and brighter longer.
My carpet is like brand new, smells very fresh, not chemically. Love it!!!!
We booked with the four rooms @$39/ea plus free tile cleaning and a coupon for a free dinner. There was no record of it so our bill would have been almost $300. We ended up having three rooms cleaned - no tile cleaning and no coupon for a free dinner.
The window for service is very long. 5 hours is nuts my window was 1:30-6:30. All day! At 6:20, I had to call your offices to verify that someone was schedule to show. Nobody was scheduled. So they sent someone out, within 20 minutes. . I've never used a profession service to clean my carpets. The customer service rep, was rude and inpatient and acted like every question I posed to her was stupid. I've heard nothing but good things about your services. I was not impressed. I probably will not use you all again.

How well they clean
I'm a little disappointed with your company as I had given one of my prized rugs for cleaning back in early June. I've yet to get it back and I was assured by your technician then that he would return it to me within a week or call. He never did call me and I have had to follow up with your customer service agent none of who could provide me with a delivery date.
No chemicals. Cleaning holds up longer than others. Very happy with the results.

The baseboards and walls were all marked up. Some even had chunks missing.

Still have dark spots in den.
Had service rep come out for air filter. Arrived on time. Took measurements and told me it will be about 7-10 days to get my customized life time guaranteed filter. The cost of the filter will pay for itself in less than 3 years. Normal filters cost $30 and are recommended to be replaced every 6 months.
Your man was very polite, and considerate. Our carpet looks brand new, and the best part, it took very little time.

Clean process, well done
That we could immediately tell even with our darker carpet how clean our carpets became.
The technicians are always courteous and the carpet stains (such as grease and coffee), which we anticipated that could not be 100% removed, actually disappeared after treatment.
It is environmentally safe, and the service reps educate you and bring all the tools to protect your home while cleaning your carpets.
I appreciate your willingness to ensure that each person experience is not just satisfactory but that they are completely satisfied. I had a concern and once brought it to your attention you immediately contacted me to correct the problem which left me completely satisfied. I will certainly be using you again as well as sharing you with others.
