Not too much, but it would have been nice to have mentioned the free $50.00 credit at the restaurant. I had forgotten about the promotion.

One of our bedrooms had a small/ light object in front of the closet and was not moved to clean the carpet. Price of apolstry was not negotiated and felt I paid to much. Employee expressed frustration with previous comments about killing grass and does not seem to care killing ours as well. A piece of cardboard would do the trick. Thanks for the spot cleaning solution. Will order more soon!

I very much like the end result. I like the no soap residue and the quick drying of the carpet. What I was very unhappy with had nothing to do with the technician that came. I requested an a.m. appointment, I requested an a.m. appointment. I knew when I hung up the phone that would not happen. The person I spoke with had nothing invested in the company for sure. I was told the company was getting too big and popular and the routes were more important than my request .
Great customer service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. After seeing how clean my carpet and floor tile was after the cleaning was completed, I am sold on the technology and couldn't be happier.
The carpet does look better than it did, but there were still some stains that did not come out. And some pee stains didn't come out in the rooms that we did the pet treatment. And there were a couple that came back within hours of the technician leaving. One stain was Dr. Pepper which we were told would come out with no problem. The stain faded, but did not come out completely. Like I said it looks a lot better than before, but by no means looks "brand new" like the commercials represent.
The tech was very nice and very professional. I hadn't had much satisfaction with other carpet cleaning methods so yours is appealing.
Usually I like the thorough cleaning my floors receive, and the work of the tech. This time my tile floors were left with standing puddles of water, and the carpets seemed wetter than before. It took several hours for the carpets to dry. That has not been the case in the past. I had requested a specific tech with I made the appointment because I trusted his work. He was not who was sent.
No residue left on the carpets. The guys were very nice and informative.
The price, the quality of the workmanship, and most of all, the end result!

You sent a kid to do our estimate and he was not prepared at all for that. He seemed extremely nervous and couldn't adequately answer my wifes questions. He didn't even have the proper form to write up the estime and chose a crumpled zerorez flyer to write the dollar amount on. When I called your office the next day, I was told someobe would be calling me back to answer my questions and nobody bothered to call me back.

Very customer friendly and professional service and on time
I was not disappointed per say, but even after spot treatments on dirt stains from our dog, the stains did not come out completely. Also, we were supposed to receive 20% off and when they ran our card they left off the discount. Thankfully I saw the error and they refunded us the discount. I should not have had to catch that, but they were nice when I called to have it fixed. So, overall the service was fine, just not top notch.
