Excellent service! It was so easy to schedule, the men showed up on time and worked very fast. They were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The products worked very well. Carpet looks just like it did before it was shampooed. Traffic areas still dirty and spots in several areas are still there. Waste of my money.

Tile looks better of course but it is splotchy. Some dark places that were not given special attention. I can live with that and can maybe fix it myself, but paid good money to have a good job.

On the positive side. The techs were very nice and professional and accommodating. The sell job was a little much but I know he was only doing his job. Nice guys

We have used zerorez in the past and were very pleased. This time however, the technician seemed to be having issues with the equipment. Our carpet was very wet when he left and there was a noticeable odor in the house. The carpet was still damp in places the next morning over 14 hours later.

I liked Robert the young man from your company who cleaned our carpets. He was really really good,

left no exposed parts of rug/spaces with out the groove mark from the vacuuming device.

Also like the fact that no chemincal were involved, and neither my dog, nor friends small children

will get chemicals on their skin or in their mouth.

You have great customer service

Well. No one would believe your come on ad (3 rooms for $99) But when your guy presented his first estimate for $1000 I was floored. You should be able to do a mansion for $1K. We finally settled for $400 I believe which was still too much. Based on the ad, couldn't recommend you.
