Your process cleaned our carpets better than any other professional service has ever done in the past. In fact we had two spots in which other services tried repeatedly to get out, but were unsuccessful; although they are totally gone as a result of your cleaning. Your technician was very polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent cleaning job. As a result, we will ask for this technician and use your service from now on. I have already recommended Zerorez and this technician to friends and relatives.
The technician is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process for both the carpet and the tile flooring. The process is safe, relatively quick and the carpet dries relatively quickly.
We have used Zerorez twice now. Both treatments were excellent, but this technician was superior to the first one both in personality and thoroughness.
We would never be reluctant to recommend Zerorez to others.

You have cleaned carpets for me at least 3 occasions. Each time I get a price and then the tech who shows to clean gives a higher price. It feels like I'm given one price then once here get either upsold or told that they gave me the wrong price from office. I would think that your data base would be able to make sure this doesn't happen.
Sean was courteous, knowledgeable, set expectations and then performed exactly as promised. Though he warned me that he might not be able to remove every spot from our white carpet, he was able to achieve a spotless result.

I was given a call before estimating the time the tech would arrive a my house. Carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction & at the price quoted. No pressure was applied for my to purchase other services, I didn't want. The technician was very professional.
Advise customers that even though some stains disappear when cleaning is performed, once completely dry they may reappear. I thought the person who cleaned my carpet did an amazing job! He went out of his way to make sure he covered every area. I asked him to go go over a couple of areas and he did. He I would have him clean my carpets again.
