Great results-able to get major stains out, very informative
Some stains were left on the carpet. Someone will return to take a look, but I was told that there would be an extra charge. Having already pain nearly $500, I would expect this to cover the whole job. To come back and charge more is very disappointing. If I end up paying more, then I will never use you gain or recommend you.

Confusion on appointment time resulted in technician arriving later than the appointed window ... not his fault.
No information left concerning when or how to replace furniture ... confusing information prior regarding moving furniture etc.

The technician came and did what I expected him to do, he did not criticize the condition of our carpet or try to tell me I had to pay extra for treating stains, etc. The carpets look like new! I am very impressed!
