Very professional, no strong odors or chemicals, very careful not to damage any furniture, walls, floors or other in our house, explained everything well and very polite. I have not had a service before that lifted certain pieces of furniture or raised furniture with pads in order to clean better. Rugs look great!

The gentleman that visited our house spent more time telling us what he wouldnt do and trying to upsell us on various things. The whole point of having carpets cleaned is to get rid of stains...i shouldn't have to pay extra to get rid of stains

The proven value of your cleaning process cannot be disputed. Your technicians are considerate and helpful in every way. They move about the house quietly and efficiently doing exactly what they need to do. In 10 years I have never had a technician come to my house that I was not pleased with. Your cleaning process is exceptional.

I thought the service men were very knowlegable and professional. They were here on time, very courteous, introduced themselves to me and did not make a mess. They envolved me by asking questions, showing me a trial test area first and seemed very commited to getting all the stains out. I really liked them, would definitly use them again, and will definitly refer them to anyone I know who needs to clean their carpets.

We can still smell the dog urine in my son's room. The cleaning didn't get the odor out.

Follow up
Zerorez was able to remove stains I didn't think would come out - namely, a dark stain from a recliner.
The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very nice and he worked incredibly hard while he was here. He took his time and did a very thorough job. The rugs and carpet look beautiful again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
The cleaners you sent out would have done the bare minimum had I not pushed them to do more.
I got the feeling they weren't interested in doing a thorough job, they just wanted to finish and get to the next house.
Also, didn't want to hear a sales pitch for your air filters and vent cleaning services. If I was interested I would have asked.
The amount of work done was worth about half what I paid.
To make it right I would ask you refund $140 to my credit card.

I'm a mom of a 2-year-old. So, I love the fact that ZeroRez is able to get out tough spots without using harmful chemicals.
The regular dirt stains did not come out of the carpet. Our cleaning person was very nice, professional and explained everything thoroughly.....just was hoping the stains would come out. I've tried Krud Kutter on them and them do look somewhat better.
Free tile cleaning left my tile looking horrible, ended up paying way more than I anticipated, carpet is not as clean as I expected it to be from all the rave reviews from radio personalities. Disappointed to say the least....
The technician tried many procedures to get a stain out, and did his best. Stain came out well. Also, he got a stain out that many had tried to get out before. IT looks like it came out.
Your employee's are courteous and respectful. I was very pleased with the cleaning, my carpet looked great.
