Your technicians were exceedingly professional and accommodating. As usual, the service was great!
The "End Result" is what counts when we do any kind of service to our campus. And the end result we got from ZeroRez was outstanding, I have never seen the ceramic tile floors as clean as they are after they were cleaned and sealed by the ZeroRez techs. I have a 64,000 square foot facility and we were trying to find the funds to replace a large percentage of the industrial carpet, but after they were cleaned, we feel that we can postpone that huge expenditure for a while longer. The outlook over the entire campus is much brighter, I have had many compliments about the ZeroRez techs. Ron and Ed did a fantastic job, very professional, had a personal touch, easy to communicate with, their commitment to customer service is beyond reproach. The entire process was well executed and very well done.

The man who came was very nice and thorough. He did a really good job. The cost was a lot more than I had expected. However, I did agree to special treatment of animal urine in the rooms and also had a sofa and 3 chairs cleaned in addition to 3 rooms. One bedroom still has the stains - but they are lighter - so they may have to be retreated. On the whole I was very satisfied with the service.

The young man who cleaned our carpet was so incredibly nice! We have hardwood floors throughout the house and he was very careful bringing his equipment on them and very aware of any water that may have come out of the cleaner onto them. He did a great job, our carpets look amazing!

Technician was unable to clean my carpet, he spot cleaned a couple of high-traffic spots and left advising that we should probably replace the carpet.

I have had many Zerorez techs in my home. Trey this weekend hands down was the best. He walked me through the protection products and helped me out alot. He was VERY respectful of my house and cleaned up after himself. This young man deserves a good raise and should be promoted. Many people that I have encountered at your company could learn a lot from him. He wiped my floors down when he spilled water and overall just really respected our house. He gets 8 stars from me on a 5 star scale.

We have used y'all several times, please check your records to see. We will use you again as the need warrants for the carpet cleaning. We will not use you again for the granite work, I feel that you are way over priced for the service rendered.I was rally disappointed with this part of your work.
I do want y'all to make arrangements to have the seal replaced at the bottom of my from door threshold that you men damaged. I am sure that they did not do it intentionaly, but draging the hose and jaming the hose at the bottom of the door is what caused the damage.

Cleanliness of product
Chris, the technician who came to our house, was very nice and very professional. Our carpet looks great -- almost like new, and considering that it is well over 10+ years old, that's saying something. We will definitely call Zerorez again.
