The product does as it's suppossed to do. AND, Nicholas, the guy that came out was very friendly and efficient.

Your firm was suggested by my contractor who is managing a project here at the house. I read many reviews, some of which were less than stellar and many of which were. So I made the appointment. The carpeting you cleaned looks great. Only criticism is it took many hours to dry. The highlight of doing business with you rests entirely with Chris, the technician who undertook the job. He was cordial, polite, explained the process, invited me several times to observe the job in progress and was over-the-top accommodating. He is truly outstanding in every way. He is a huge asset to your firm. Please extend to him my sincere appreciation for his many acts of hospitality.
The chair that was cleaned looks no different than it did before being cleaned. It's disappointing.
