I would like the opportunity to let you know that I am very pleased with the work Payton did since I had tried a free tile cleaning area,I was convinced to do my whole tiles everything came out terrific .I have never been 100% pleased before but Ican tell you ,Payton is by far the best Technician. What do you like about our products and services?

I like that it's safe for babies & children and those with asthma!
I only have one issue with my last cleaning. I never received my email receipt...can someone please send it??

What could we do to improve?

The clean was great, but the mis quoted price was unacceptable. We told you everything you even marked it but put a zero for price for the stairs. Then upcharged us for them to be done.

All of my stains are still there. He didn't get any of them out. Also a lot of hidden cost. Plus I never received my gift card I was promised. Will never use this company again and will not be recommending this company either.

What could we do to improve?

The online reservation service wasn't responsive, so I had to call. Phone rep was terrific and I got a quick appointment to help out with a pet accident. This was our first time to use Zerorez; the pet stains, despite paying the extra $60 for the treatment, didn't get the stains out like it would have when we used Dalworth or Stanley Steemer in the past. It looks like it needs a re-treatment. The technician didn't say the stains would not come up, or we would have been interested to know other treatment options while he was at our house.

The cost of the above was higher than the estimate I was given and there were additional charges I was not told about which were not included in the estimate. I felt like I had been lied to.

My technician was awesome! He explained every step of the process and genuinely seemed to care about doing an exceptional job on my carpets. Please start servicing the Greenville, TX area without the minimum $350 fee! I'd love to have you back, but the minimum service fee for my area will tend to hold me back. Great job though Zerorez!!!!
